Location, we had twin beds in the room so it was convenient. There was enough room for our stuff like luggage.
I had to step up and down to get in and out of the toilet.

it was very close to the station and nearby the convenience stores which is great. enjoyed my short stays and will definitely come back to stay in here again on the next visit

the bed is not comfortable at all, the TV does not work properly and the wifi is quite slow

super right wing books and magazines everywhere in the hotel. dusty desk and super small toilet even for Japan standard

Nothing good.
The bathroom tap was leaking when I arrived and continue to leak while taking a shower or even trying to wash my hands. It was really hard to close the tab all the way without having it leak all over the bathroom.
The toilet would flash every single time I got up and the bidet wouldn't work properly.
The TV would turn on randomly at any moment of the night.
