Such a chill space which is so suitable for relaxing. All the staff are very kind and warm, willing to help you about everything. And the breakfast has many options.

Well, the room is actually worth its price, so it is acceptable for its old facilities.

The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

Woken up at 4pm every day by the Mosque which is very close. No safe box in the room.

A great budget stay with very helpful owner and staff that can help you to arrange trip around luxor

Das Zimmer war sehr schön ( modern ) und hatte einen Ventilator + Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Es liegt gut , da man schön an der Promenade zum Luxor museum/tempel laufen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. :)

Die Anlage ist leider etwas heruntergekommen. Es sollten neue Sessel / Stühle und Tische gekauft werden. Eine Speisekarte fürs Restaurant wäre gut. Besser als die Gäste zu einer Karte am Kühlschrank zu führen. Das Abendessen war unserer Meinung zu teuer.

The staff and owners are amazing. The trip which Tony organised for us to the Valley of the Kings with Meret was very nice. She was an amazing guide. I loved the pool too and the food is great. Such a nice stay.

Everything was incredible. The owner, Eli, approached us as we were eating lunch and introduced himself to us. We told him we were on our honeymoon and he upgraded our room for free, it was the sweetest gesture. The pool was wonderful, the food was delicious, can’t recommend this place enough.

Wifi didn’t work in either one of our rooms, but it’s not the end of the world. It worked in the common areas.

Ellie and his staff are very nice people. They gave us a bigger room than the one we booked when we mentioned that the bed was too small for our back problems, and prepared some really nice dishes. The breakfast buffet was good too. The location is away from the centre, but walkable distance, and it's easy to get Careem rides around if you're not up for walking in the heat and getting hassled every step of the way. There's a corner store outside too. The hotel was quiet, and peaceful, which we greatly appreciated. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Times are really hard in Egypt, and maintaining the facilities of such a big place, or any place for that matter, must be a nightmare. So not being up to western standards was expected. The only thing we begrudge is that we picked a hotel with a pool dreaming of cool water after a long day under the sun, but we never got to use it. On the one hand it's booked daily for swimming lessons, so it's packed with kids splashing around every afternoon, but even when the kids are not there, it's next to the reception which is full of men, and I'd never dare to appear in my bikini. Maybe in high season it's different, but in low season it just felt extremely awkward.

After the hot air in Luxor and visiting all the monuments, getting to this hotel is like an oasis. The treatment in this hotel is more than incredible. Elie (the director) is an excellent organiser that will help you with absolutely everything. We were amazed by the managing skills of Mr Elie, we asked for a lot of experiences (boat, hot air balloon, cruise...) and he totally understood our needs perfectly. When we arrived they served us tea and water. They upgraded us to a better room because they were not using it does days. No one was pretentious or trying to manipulate us, just helping to have a good stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. We highly recommend it and we will come back for sure!

No flushing toilets, they fixed them four times and they still didn't work.

The food was excellent too. I recommend the Beef Tajine. The pool was very refreshing after a hot day of touring. The staff and the resident cats were all very hospitable.

The dinner served was very good.

No internet access in the room. This was the first hotel in our lives that wanted to charge for a second cup of coffee for breakfast. Two people had to authorize for it not to be charged

I felt very safe, as the gates are locked at night. I enjoyed being surrounded by shrubs and flowers. I found management extremely helpful. The hotel lies close to the line of sphinxes which connect the temples of Luxor and Karnak. Swimming pool is open all hours.

The hotel is past its best; it needs quite a bit of work, particularly in cleaning and repainting. However what it lacks in cleanliness it gains in character.

The owner and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Our family room with Nile view was spacious and clean. The swimming pool also looks clean. The standard of the tours and food were good and reasonably priced. The breakfast in the morning and the lunch included in the excursions were big bonus. We enjoyed our West Bank tour with Tony. He was knowledgeable and were able to adapt to what we wanted. So overall a big thumb up and thank you to everybody at Rezeiky for giving us a good time in Luxor.

The bathroom was a bit dated (but still fully functional). This was very common in Egypt and to be expected for the price we pay, so not a problem really. I'm trying hard to think of the downsides for this hotel.

Excellent location in the center, quiet environment. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast and the possibility of delicious dinners.

Altogether we stayed at Razeiky hotel for 4 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is Superb, Amjad, Yohanna, Sun-Sun, all were very friendly and very cooperative. The owner, Mr. Eli, himself is such a kind and cooperative person that we loved his presence at the hotel. Twice we were offered free complimentary meal and those meals were generously served and were tasty too. We really enjoyed it both the times. The complimentary breakfast served each morning was tasty, generous and had variety too. On our last day we had to leave at 3:30 am, so they gave us packed breakfast after dinner. We really enjoyed all of our stay at Rezeiky. Thank you Eli, Amjad, Yohanna and Sun-Sun.

Nothing in special There was poor Wifi in the room. Next day Mr. Eli gave us a dedicated router and the issue was resolved. There was a little drainage problem in the bath room that was solved. The lift needed some upgradation too

Location is amazing - right in the heart of Luxor! 20 mins walk to Karnak (4 mins drive) or 2 mins walk to the Nile. When we arrived the rooms were very clean too. The vibe we got as soon as we arrived was that we were very welcomed guests. Emil and the great crew made sure that we had the best experience possible. Breakfast and Dinner were prepared by very capable chefs who made very tasty "Egyptian Homemade food" . Tony gave us an amazing tour in English over a span of 2 days both on East and West side of the Nile covering most of the sites that needed to be visited. A very knowledgeable & courteous tour guide that I totally recommend! Thanks Emil, Tony and team!
