Mr and Mrs Smith do Brecon

Everything, the staff, Laureen our greeter, very friendly and helpful, shame she is moving on soon. The breakfast crew were excellent too, sorry ladies I am no good with names but you know who you are! Keep up the good work. The room was spotlessly clean and very cosy.

Everything? 😂 Nothing we can't fault a thing.

Amazing Beacons & Staff

Laura is amazing, and a main reason for our plans to return. Very welcoming and knowledgeable, making my fiancee, with MS, feel very comfortable and unafraid to ask anything. The area was perfect for us and the actual building,/ amenities are second to none. We both cannot wait to come back.

There is nothing to dislike.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. ROOM OK, LOCATION PRETTY GOOD. WHAT THEY LACKED IN DETAIL, THEY MADE UP FOR IN WARMTH OF WELCOME. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Great location, friendly staff but needs more attention to cleaning and wifi

Friendly staff and great location

The floor was dirty- our socks were black within minutes. Wifi signal was also weak and unstable. We talked to a member of staff but he blamed it on the weather (it was raining) The manager gave us her number and said we could call at any time but when we tried there was no answer.
