Situé à Buenos Aires, ce charmant maison pour 135 € par nuit est un fantastique option pour votre prochain vacances Vous allez adorer ma maison (PH) située au cœur de Palermo Soho, à quelques mètres de la Plaza Armenia, des restaurants, des bars et des magasins. Il vient d'être entièrement rénové, a des meubles neufs et tout, (les matelas sont adaptables à une ou deux personnes). La maison a de très grandes fenêtres, beaucoup de lumière et un patio rafraîchissant qui peut être entièrement intégré à la cuisine (les fenêtres communicantes peuvent être entièrement ouvertes). Mon endroit est bon pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Daniel and Aldo were always attentive to assist you in everything you might need. The apartment just like the pictures and is centrally located near to stores and restaurants. This is a must place to stay. You have a supermarket and pharmacy next to apartment.

when we arrived the place was a mess, not cleaned or made up at all. one ac unit did not work, never had hot water, one plumbing leak and by day 3 ants. we messaged the owner throughout our stay, he would come by but nothing ever got fixed or addressed in any manner. while the location was great, I would be hesitant to recommend this unit

Had a great stay here. Apartment has all mod cons, such as high speed wifi, air-conditioning an shearing, flat screen TVs in rooms and living, room, well equiped kitchen. Lovely patio area with benches and table outside
The high ceilings, exposed brick and modern artwork give it a real NY loft feel. A real sense of space!
The location is second to none, a few steps away from Plaza Armenia, the most prized area of Palermo, with all its shops, cafes and restaurants.
Finally, the property manager Daniel went above and beyond to host and make sure everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and responsive at all time.

My wife and our three young girls stayed at this wonderful house in Palermo SOHO. The house was beautiful, clean, quiet and perfectly laid out.
The surrounding area was perfect. We were steps to great restaurants, shops and entertainment.
I would highly recommend this home and this host. Everything was top notch.
