We (4 adults: mum , dad and 2 grown up children) had an absolutely amazing holiday in Sardinia in July 2022. The Apartment provided all we needed. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were very great and provided a quality service, and we could check in an hour earlier. . the kitchen is well equipped, and we were delighted that we had 2 balconies .. and one had a BBQ. Parasol, washing lines all was provided. The welcome kit was great .. and included dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The kit also included soap, shower gel, and shampoo from a Sardinian business which produces naturally based products. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting here.

Super friendly, professional and responsive management. Perfectly clean and all brand new. Very effective air condition (Daikin) in all the rooms. We had a small problem with the fridge and management intervened and fixed immediately, relly grat assistance. Condo was quiet and with a very nice view on trees from the terrace.

The internet connection available was very slow. I think this is not a problem of the property but a general problem in the area. We tried also with our mobile phones (vodafone, tim and wind) and we had similar results. Not a major problem if you want to relax. Also if the aparment was near the beaches it was preferable to take the car.

We loved the big terrace and garden with the views of mountains in the distance. It really was a lovely spot to spend our holiday. Our daughters loved the little swinging chair too. The photos of the property really did not do it justice, the rooms were spacious and it was very clean. You parked your car on the little driveway on the front of the property which was very convenient. We liked the fact you could walk up to the little supermarket and a multiple ice cream shops to choose our afternoon ice cream!

The beds were a little hard and we could have done with a bath for our children, but we knew this when we booked so it wasn't an issue.

Beautiful house, spacious, well placed, well maintained, very nice garden and patio. Close to the beach (10-15 mins on foot) and same to the city's main road with all the shops and restaurants. Friendly reception on arrival Enjoyed it very much! Had a very nice stay there. Will definitely consider returning here!

Beds felt a bit short (I'm 185cm) and maybe a bit hard for my taste... Other than that, nothing

Beautifully appointed and functional apartment. Well located on the outskirts of Budoni, quiet at night. Staff were friendly and super efficient. Everything worked.

Our only minor issue was that the beds were very hard.

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. It is well-equipped and roomy. There are a lot of restaurants, and shops in the near.

It is a bit far from the beach, about 20 minutes walking, and we really had to look for the seaview.

Apartment and garden very nice and clean. Beach beautiful, approximatelly 20 min walking. Communication with Annalisa pleasant and smooth.
