The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The location, close to shopping and lakeshore, was perfect. Easy to park our rental car. breakfast was perfect.
the coffee. there is an expreso machine but you have to ask for one. not all staff know how to operate it.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, old charming authentic building.
Since the building is old it echoes a lot. We had to call receptionist to put her volume of her phone down in order to sleep. Which she did immediately.

the breakfast was really well catered. the room was not spacious with three, but beautifully decorated and really warm, loved that. also very nice we could sit by the always burning fireplace.

The staff was outstanding and very friendly.
The hotel is old and charming but therefore the rooms aren't completely soundproof. It didn't bother us though.

The breakfast didn't have much options. The bedroom was too small. We had to go outside all day because it was not confortable.
