Colin and his staff were very accomodating with all our requests. Went above and beyond.
Noisy with surf club across the road when they do an early bin collection.

Great location, right across from beach with easy access to a number of quite good restaurants.
The accommodation and furnishings were a little dated which I probably expected for the price. There was a strong smell in the apartment that was very noticeable each time you entered. Apparently other apartments had this same a issue so we suspected it was an issue with the drainage or sewer.

Very well located surf club just opposite the toad. Lovely swim beach. Shops and restaurants close by. Sauna and pools well kept.

Location and view.
Staff were friendly.
Linen smelt and was stained, bedding was un comfortable. Had to move rooms half way through my stay due to booking error. Not ideal for price.
Hot water runs out after 1 shower so everyone else has cold showers.

The amenities were great. Two pools, tennis court, mini putt putt.
The room was spacious enough
The ensuite needs a refurb. The vent in there was so chocked with lint and dust.
The cleaning left a lot to be desired. The cutlery draw and cupboards are quite dirty. The microwave had crumbs etc in it. There was dried food and dust behind the TV cabinet.

no ice tray in the freezer, chipped and broken shelving in the refrigerator just a small example.

Enjoyed the location and facilities.
Was disappointed that the Mandolin didn't advise us when booking that there would be renovations for the whole 3 weeks we stayed there. The noise was unbearable and we wouldn't have booked if I had known they were doing renovations.

Reception lady was lovely, location and the view amazing
It was not very clean. There was dust on floor and one lounge had crumbs?? on top.
I used the washing machine and there was a lot of gunk in the filter that I had to clean out
Coffee cups still had stains around rim.
I didn't bother complaining as we were out with family mostly and had no need to use the kitchen facilities
except for a couple of plates and coffee mugs

The location and the facilities were fantastic
It was new years eve and we felt like we weren't allowed to make any noise at all. Given flyer on arrival about noise restrictions.

Washing Machine Flooded Bathroom as it was a long weekend there was no-one in reception at the times we went down stairs so when I advised on check out I was told that I should have called the number that was sitting beside the phone on the desk that I didn't even notice until it was pointed out and not waited until check out to tell them. Poor Customer service

The room was beautifully furnished and we had a wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony. The kids loved the splash pool, the mini putt putt course and all the board games in our room. Also the location was great with the beach across the road, some great cafes within walking distance and only a short drive to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore.
We couldn't get normal TV reception on 2 of the 3 TVs in the apartment and the 3rd TV had really patchy reception. They were smart TVs though so you could log into your own Netflix account if you wanted. We didn't bother contacting reception about this though as we had plenty of other things to do.
