The apartment was excellent. We needed two different metro lines to get to the city center, but the metro station is a few meters from the building where the apartment is. We had a crib and a chair for the baby. Also, the dishwasher was very helpful. We had available tablets for the dishwasher, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and sponge, napkins, along with all the dishes. Everything was very clean. Location, size of apt, very clean and lovely!

no slippers no toilet together with main room’s bathroom，no instuction for the cooker’s use. The house keeper don’t know English and rude.

We were wow-ed when we arrived. It is large and AMAZING! Clean and it has everything you need. Nice kitchen, amazing bathroom. Location not in the centre how ever it was a 2 minute walk to the metro so it didnt matter anyway.

The smell from a airco was a bit weird, also the airco was directly above the bed which was not ideal. Also, it was a bit noisy the first night. However we think that was more the neighbors that also booked the hotel than anything else. Because after they checked out it was quite and great. We also didnt receive the email with the code for the lock 2 days in advance like they promised. We had to call when we arrive since there is also no reception. They said we should’ve gotten the email but were happy to tell us the code and handled it fine. We looked for the email after entering the room but we really didnt receive it, we received it the night after checking though.

- The bed was not comfortable - I felt uncomfortable about providing check-in info with my signature where I should have signed that I authorise the host to withdraw money from my card in case something is broken/damage without a possibility to check the status before (how can I know they will not charge me e.g. for something that was not there? ) . When I asked about the hand-over status, nobody answered.
