We stayed for three days and liked everything about it. Daniel was a very thoughtful and friendly host who met us where our driver dropped us off, and he helped with our luggage. He’s a very friendly and welcoming person from the moment you meet him. He provided everything we might need and in extra quantity. His apartment is bright, well cared for, and cheery with plenty of seating areas to socialize. We loved the large kitchen table for playing cards and hanging out. The bedrooms were comfortable with nice views out the windows. There is a patio just two flights down with nice outdoor furniture. The bathroom was large enough for three of us to leave out our toiletries and the shower was wonderful. It was quiet and in an excellent location so you’d never worry about your belongings while you’re out and about.
There was nothing we didn’t like and I’m told I can be a bit particular.

Everything is great! The owner Daniel was lovely, the property was clean, he provided plenty of coffee, tea, etc. The location was incredible! If you are in Split stay here!!

Absolutely amazing apartment, in a perfect location. We really loved this place, it was an ideal base to explore Split, but also a lovely place to just chill out and relax. The location could not be more perfect - in a neighbourhood full of character, right next to Diocletian’s Palace. The apartment was very well furnished and comfortable, with a brilliant rooftop terrace that felt very private, and yet at the same
time, let you watch the city go by. The owner Danijel could not have been more welcoming or helpful. And superb value for money.
Being right in the city centre, it can be a bit noisy. We didn’t mind this, because it is a small
price to pay for a perfect location. But if you really value peace and quiet, this probably isn’t the right place.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, pretty & had beautiful views. Location is fantastic, right near the Riva & in the middle of Old Town. The incredible art from Jaman Art Centre is dotted all around the place.
Huge bath & bathroom was an absolute bonus. The kitchen, cleaning & washing facilities are so handy. Wish we were still there! Thanks

Fantastic location, very friendly host who was very flexible with our arrival and departure. Great apartment with three bedrooms and plenty of space. Very comfortable!

The location in the heart of the old town is perfect. There was plenty of room for 4 adults . It has a nice outside terrace to relax in at the end of the day. We also loved Daniel’s pop art decorations
If we were being hyper critical, then the property would benefit from a larger hot water tank, as it runs cold after 2 showers. However it only takes 20 mins to reheat

Location, in the heart of old town, very good for visiting all tourist attractions just walking some ninutes.
We reserved a baby cot and when we were doing the check in we found out that it had not mattress, after some discussions with the host, he finally provided it.
Appartment not so clean at all and old decor.
Being in the heart of old town had the problem that it was noisy until late.
Courtins don’t cover completely the lights (there was a lightstreet just at the same level of onw of the bedrooms) and sun throught the window.
The air conditioning was only in the main hall so we had to leave all the doors of the bedrooms opened for getting cold.

Excellent location! The apartment is located in the heart of lovely old town in Split.

The location of the apartment is very closed to the city center, taxi stand, bus stand and Split train station. The owner of the apartment Mr. Danjiel is very good and very supportive and we liked his hospitality and he is a great drawing ✍️ artist. We enjoyed the hospitality and had fun in the Split.

The owner is a visual artist, and the apartment is a pleasant surprise from a visual point of view. We will definitely remember this apartment with pleasure. I recommend, it is a unique, beautiful and comfortable location.
I didn't find any shampoo in the bathroom (otherwise very well equipped).

Danijel is the nicest host and will do everything to make you feel at home. He arranged for an electrical grill to be placed on the patio which we used a lot. The house was very clean and there were lots of towels. Location is perfect and just a few steps from bars, restaurants and shopping area. The beach is just a short walk away.
