Staff are helpful and amazing! Room was extremely luxurious and spacious, actually one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. View from the window was spectacular. Room was really well equipped and had everything you needed, even phone chargers and adapters were included. Rooftop bar had a great view and some really lovely staff who genuinely wanted you to enjoy your time and stay there. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, should be a 5* hotel! Really impressed

Checked into my room and before I could unpack I received a phone call and was told that they were going to move me to a different floor because of construction. I was given a suite for my weeks stay at no extra cost.

Great location right on the river. Fantastic view from the room. Comfy bed, good shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a few Western options like toast, fried eggs and omelets.

Mini bar fridge not very cold. Smart TV would be nice. Some noisy night clubs in the neighborhood. Soundproofing keeps out most of it but there was some leakage.

Great room with 30% sea view, very clean, which was nice. Great location. But the horrible breakfast was disappointing.
