the location is just amazing, close to everything.
the property is in bad condition, water pipes is making weird sounds even during not using them, which is unpleasant during night.

Maurizio and his team were so friendly, kind, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very simple, but spotlessly clean, the sheets and towels crisp and white. It was handy to have a little bar fridge too and nice looking over the canal watching the birds and even an otter. A quick walk to a little supermarket and loads of restaurants and the main esplanade, the location was great and I would happily stay there again.
My only minor criticism is the main light in room would be better if it was a warm light rather than a cooler light, but otherwise everything was great.

absolutely everything, very deceptive.
very tired and dated hotel, the whole place needs serious refurbishment.
room was very basic with lamp shades missing, tiny capsule bathroom, shower for a child, dirty floors, worn carpets, could go on and on. place stunk of smoke and stench from the stagnant canal.

the staff is great, very polite and lovely and the hotel is really close to the beach

It was close to the sea!
The accommodation is crappy! Small room and even smaller bathroom ... The equipment and quality are extremely low. Breakfast was the same every morning. There is barely room for cars in the yard. Only Italian is spoken by the staff. When they paid, they even wanted to beat us, we had to be warned separately that he deducted more from the card. Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone !!!

No english speaking staff. The same food offer for breakfast every day, no vegetables, no fruit.

It is close to the sea.
The objects in the room ware rusty and it was not clean. The room was quite noisy.

Great location a few steps from wonderful beach. Many good restaurants nearby. Hotel was same as described, quite a good choice for the price. Free parking on a private place was convenient. Great breakfast with large selection of homemade pastry.
The room equipment was a little outdated, but still OK for the stay.
