Notre condo est situé au 2ème étage (ascenseur disponible) et offre 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Tous les conforts et commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour relaxant sur la plage. Et oui, nous sommes sur la plage avec une belle vue depuis le condo. Détendez-vous sur le balcon, lisez un livre et écoutez les vagues calmes qui se jettent à terre.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size en peluche, d'une nouvelle téléviseur à écran plat et d'une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi. La chambre d'amis dispose également d'un lit king size et d'une nouvelle téléviseur à écran plat. La deuxième salle de bain est hors du couloir avec accès à la deuxième chambre. Dans la troisième chambre, le nid Crowe, il y a 2 lits jumeaux.
La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable avec des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine est une cellier / buanderie avec nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and updated. It was great to have two king size beds. There was everything we needed and just enough space. The gated resort is great (not the first time we've stayed here) with a huge pool (unheated), hot tub and great access to the beach. The provided two rolls of toilet paper, 4 small bar soaps for the bath and 2 packs of dishwasher soap. Plan to provide everything else yourself (papertowel, tissue, baggies, coffee filters, etc.). There were beach chairs but no beach towels. I would definitely rent this place again.

This unit was clean and well designed and has a great view from living room and outdoor dining area. The bedrooms were great too and our daughters loved the bunk bed room. We had a blast and the Colony Reef staff was so kind and really took care of us.

We stayed in unit 2206. Very nice unit. Everything worked great including the AC. The unit was well equipped and was perfect for our stay. The complex was very nice. Folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Only complaints would be the pool closed at dusk. Which was a bummer.

Overall we enjoyed the unit and the easy beach access. The lack of visitor parking was a problem. We had additional family in the area who couldn't come visit because they didn't have a tag and didn't want to be towed.

Property clean! I'm giving it a "2". It had ants and little roaches. When we call to the office. I don't know who I talk to was very rude on the phone until I told them what we had. I went out and got bug spray because no one ever showed up just the plumber. One of the bath tubs was clogged. I know a very Nice Man came out and fix that. I Thank him for that. But I think some of the office people need to work on there office skills. One of the beds mattresses was so uncomfortable. It was raised in the middle and we could hardly sleep well on it. I even went up to the office to ask about the checklist and she was trying to tell me that I did not rent through you guys as I did and I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything right. I do know there's a very nice lady that had her own office that working up front she a sweet heart sorry I didn't remember your name you get a #5 everyone else gets a #1-2.We felt like overall we had a good time, but the quality and pest control needs to be worked on, as does your staffs friendliness. I would recommend others to stay but to also caution them about the staff and the bugs.

Colony Reef is a great place for families. You have ocean views from every condo. The pool was big and I really like that it has shallow ends in both side with deep in the middle. This allowed kids to play on both sides. The open grass area was great for evening volleyball, corn hole, racquetball, etc. condos are very spacious and patio is good size for the whole family. The small third bedroom for kids was so cute and the kids loved it!

This condo is completely updated with everything you need. The unit is in perfect condition, very clean and is furnished/decorated professionally. The location gives you a perfect view from the balcony of the pool, green area and ocean. It could not be a more perfect unit. I would choose this unit every time!

This was our 2nd trip to Colony Reef Club and I have to say it keeps getting better! It's a prime location by all of the best restaurants and minutes from things to do! The property has so many amenities that you will always have things to do such as the pool (indoor and outdoor), sauna, basketball, tennis, gym, and more! We love it and can't wait to go back soon :)

The condo was furnished with a motorized couch and love seat that made our 9 yr. old very happy and we enjoyed the reclining aspect at the end of the long Beach and pool day. The pool is so kid friendly as well as the green area for volleyball, baseball and the Thursday night movie!

We spent 2020 Thanksgiving in this unit and everything was perfect! The unit is really well furnished, 2 very good king size beds and 4 bunk beds on a small room that our kids loved! Kitchen is well-equipped, and balcony has also some additional sitting spaces. The property management staff is super helpful and nice! We will definitively come back soon!

I’ve stayed at the Colony in Reef four times now. I’ve tried four different condos but this was by far my favorite! It is the perfect spot between getting a great view of the pool, open grassy field and the beach and not too high or too low! On this side of the condo complex you get shade in the morning So you can sit on the patio without being blasted by the sun. Also, this condo was beautifully decorated and in great condition! The only thing that needed to be done was the light in the bathroom shower was out, but I never got around to telling the staff since my kids didn’t complain. Kitchen was well stocked too, and we enjoyed our vacation very much!

Comfortable and Relaxing
Our stay at Colony Reef was overall very pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool was most enjoyable. The condo was comfortable, nicely furnished, and had very comfortable beds.
The patio furniture needs some cleaning which is obvious in the pictures but after a wipe down and throwing some beach towels over them, it was a very comfortable place to enjoy the scenery. There was a soft spot in the hallway floor underneath the fairly new vinyl flooring where there is obvious water damage from a leak, and the owner is aware of it and is going to repair when they return. The ice maker was turned off and when we turned it on then water leaked out into the fridge so we turned it off and bought a bag of ice (might be the reason for the water damaged floor). The fragrant smell from the cleaners was overwhelming. Upon inspection of the AC filter where I was looking to see if they had placed some sort of fragrance sheet I noticed that the filter was covered in 1/2 thick of dust and lint and had obviously not been changed in a very, very long time, but the office was extremely responsive and sent maintenance out right away to take care of it. We had to open all the doors and windows for a brief time to eliminate the overwhelming air freshener smell. We had a little trouble with the key sticking in the door and they greased the lock and took care of that too. Aside from the floor, the sticky lock, and the extremely dirty AC filter, everything else was very nice.
We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the St. Augustine area.

Nice location and great beach!
Very nice property and the accommodations were comfortable. Only thing I did not realize before booking is kids 12 and under were not allowed (even with adult supervision) in the hot tub and punishable with a hefty fine. For a December trip this was extremely inconvenient and was not listed in the VRBO listing at all. The unfortunate thing is I emailed the property manager before booking and asked if the pool was heated as it was important to my kids (outdoor pool is not / indoor pool is heated). The response mentions a hot tub but did not inform us of the rule. Clarifying that on the listing could help families with kids make an educated decision about using the property.

Great Long Weekend
Condo was excellent with the exception of the dining table (shakes). I would suggest bring extra bath towels since only one set provided for guests. View was great and large pool. Would rent this condo again.
