La situation en plein centre avec un parking juste à côté, l'espace, la luminosité avec ses nombreuses fenêtres, et la vue sur Porto sans vis à vis.

This is a very lovely apartment. Lots of room and a large terrace which can be reached from a door near the entrance or from the two bedrooms. Unfortunately we were there for only one night and it poured rain the whole time. The apartment is bright with lots of windows and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

If it had a washing machine, this place would be perfect.

J'aurais aimé trouver des torchons dans la cuisine. Il manque un peu de vaisselle en particulier les verres et les couverts.

Un apartament foarte frumos, curat, bine organizat si cu bucatarie utilata corespunzator. Deasemenea baia foarte mare si curata, iar dormitorul cu un pat mare, relaxant......Apartamentul este amplasat intr-o zona linistita, desi este situat in centrul orasului, cu multe magazine, restaurante si baruri in apropiere. Recomand cu placere si altor turisti.

Localização excelente para visitar a cidade e com acesso a variada oferta de restauração. Muito cómodo o facto de no edifício ter o parque público de estacionamento (apesar de caro - 20€), dada a dificuldade de estacionamento na zona. Varanda com vista desafogada para a Serra do Pilar. Áreas e comodidades simpáticas.

A limpeza ao nível de equipamentos de maior utilidade era boa (ex. loiças wc, cozinha, roupas de cama), no entanto havia alguns aspetos que não - vidros das janelas, ventoinha wc, tomadas. Paredes muito riscadas/desgastadas. Adicionalmente, o estore da sala estava avariado e não foi possível arranjar em tempo útil, o que não permitiu ter luz natural durante todo o tempo. A janela do quarto era difícil de abrir e fechar. Felizmente reparámos nisto logo quando entrámos e informámos de imediato o proprietário. Este veio prontamente reparar a janela no dia seguinte, mas não conseguiu o mesmo com o estore. Apesar de no nosso caso não ter sido um problema, de notar que o elevador apenas começa no primeiro piso.

特有の匂いがあった。人の家といった感じ。 備え付けの家具は汚く、ソファーにはシミが着いていたので座る気にならなかった。 カーテンには羽アリがいた。

Κεντρική περιοχή, σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα μπορούσες να πας με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο και καθαρό και το διατηρήσαμε έτσι γιατί καθαριζότανε μια φορά την εβδομάδα όπως μας είπαν. Ήταν ένα παλιό κτίριο αλλά είχε ανακαινιστεί και διαμορφωθεί πολύ καλά ώστε να φιλοξενεί δυο με τρία άτομα. Η κουζίνα είχε όλα τις απαραίτητες συσκευές και σκεύη καθώς και πλυντήριο πιάτων που προσωπικά δεν το θεώρησα απαραίτητο - καλύτερα να υπήρχε πλυντήριο ρούχων. Μας εφοδίασαν με κάψουλες καφέ για την καφετιέρα που το εκτιμήσαμε. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα ήταν άνετη, ο καναπές του σαλονιού που κοιμήθηκα εγώ αρκετά καλός για ύπνο και το μπάνιο παρείχε άφθονο ζεστό νερό όλες τις ώρες.

Θα ήθελα να υπήρχαν περισσότερες πετσέτες κουζίνας για το πλύσιμο και στέγνωμα των ελαχίστων πιάτων που χρησιμοποιήσαμε καθημερινά. Είναι κρίμα να βάζεις πλυντήριο για μόνο δυο τρία πιάτα και ποτήρια , γίνεται στο χέρι το πλύσιμο αλλά κάπως πρέπει να στεγνώνουν. Αυτό όμως που μας δυσαρέστησε πραγματικά ήταν η έλλειψη σαμπουάν στο μπάνιο πέρα από δυο μπουκαλάκια των 30 γραμμαρίων (για διαμονή μιας εβδομάδας ) που δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν ποτέ- κάτι που θεωρώ αδιανόητο γιατί οι άνθρωποι ταξιδεύουν με αεροπλάνο και κάθε γραμμάριο βάρους μετράει στις αποσκευές. Όταν ζήτησα να μας προμηθεύσουν η απάντηση ήταν ότι έχει το σούπερ μάρκετ απέναντι!! Αν είναι δυνατόν!

It was very clean and spacious. Well located for walking to major sites in Porto. Comfy bed and great air conditioning. Great communication with owner.

The front did not look like the photo. Was unsure if we were at the correct place. We were ready for some stairs (from a previous comment). Turned out it was only one flight and the rest was by elevator, thank goodness! The garden view is rather a stretch—moss growing on the parking lot roof. The view is not great but we were there for the convenient location. Only decaf coffee!

Great apartment. Only a few years old. Quite modern (separate AC in living area and bedrooms; electric shutter; good sound insulation). A lot of space. Very nice view on the Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar. Host was very professional. Check-in and check out was very convenient. Overall very clean for 150 square meters of space.

Spacious, clean and comfy apartment.

We couldn’t fault this property. We booked the two bedroom apartment, which had two bathrooms. A great view of the city from the living room / kitchen space! The apartment was as shown on the photos, was very clean and spacious. Two double beds, which were comfortable. Both bathrooms had showers which were very clean, provided with small shower gels, soap and shampoo. Two large towels per bathroom and hand towels. Showers had good water pressure and lots of hot water! One hair dryer provided. Air conditioning in each bedroom and one in the front room. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, everything you would need if you wished to prepare meals. The room comes with a terrace that had a dining table (decorated with fairy lights) and comfortable chairs to sit in the sun! The extras provided that made a big difference to our stay- lots of hangers and space to store clothes, towel/ clothes rails in the bathroom, several mirrors, lamps in all rooms and plenty of plug sockets. The property is located centrally, close to lots of tourist spots. We contacted Nuno on arrival who gave access to the property remotely. We had no issues with this! Would definitely stay here again!

It was ok but too la y problems occured. Good location !

Overall it was ok but I was disappointed with my stay and wish I had book elsewhere. First; there was no room for us to leave our luggage when we checked out and had to wait midday upon arrival to store our stuff. Also: the room wasn’t very clean, the sofa had a lot of stains and there was mould on the walls. Too many items were missing when we got there : showers gel, shampoo ( the landlord said we will get some more the following day but nothing was brought to us then ). They provide an iron table but no iron which doesn’t make any sense. Also there was no bathroom mat and we had to use a towel instead. The piping system was making an annoying noise. No reception available

Great location. Spacious. Very modern. Nice bed. Good value for money.

No iron, No Dish cloths, 1 x small shallow frying pan. Bathroom needs maintenance. Bidé needs attention. Water marks on the ceiling. Couch cover had a water mark on it.

Everything was just perfect. Very spacious, modern and tidy apartments. We had them with a terrace. I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice apartment, perfectly located in the city center. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equiped. I recommend it!

Good location, nice apartment. Mr Nuno was very helpful, also recommended some sights and restaurants. There is a parking garage nearby but be careful not to go in the wrong one (20eur/day) the right one is across the street Garagem Iberia (12 eur/day) - guys working there are great.

Nice and clean! The car park is under the building and cost €15 per day. The self check in process was pretty smooth as well.
