Very comfortable bed and spacious room.

The hotel placed a fan in the room. We arrived late to the room and realised the fan didn’t work. We had our daughter of 6months with us and the room was warm, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We had to open the window but there was quite some noise from the bars outside. Next time is important to test the appliances before placing them.

Great Location, super nice and helpful people

The hotel refused to wait for the guests who were at dinner so they had no room and had to return home. in fact they told the guests, don’t bother we won’t be here! Very poor service! Rude -

no lift but not an issue for us

Very charming hotel in a gorgeous stone building with beautifully renovated rooms ( with A/C) . Perfect location in the historical centre of Aix-les-Bains. French breakfast was delicious and includes a selection of home cooked and local products. The hosts are exceptionally nice and welcoming. I had a very enjoyable 4 nights stay at the Hôtel de La Couronne and I am looking forward already to my next visit ! Thank you !
