I loved the set up and the decor in our place. I was telling my husband if it was a bigger place (3x bigger I would live it in it) I loved how up to date it was x

Parking was a little confusing, not enough parking spots for each cabin. Out of the way, not close to the main attractions. Busy airspace with helicopters and planes coming and going

Clean, nice space, confortable. Even though it was next to airport, it was not as noisy as I thought it would be.
Coffee shop was open just early in the morning. Swimming pool a bit small

greenery, the quiet, and the cabins were comfortable and clean. the pool was lovely and refreshing.
kids activities were fun - but possibly need to be better prepared. that said the staff made it fun for the kids.

nice relaxing location but only if you have a car. nice pool area. cabin old but has been refreshed and so very comfortable. would recommend.

Clean, spacious, well equipped. Staff were really helpful in sorting out of hours check in.
The emergency out of hours number left at reception after it closes didn't work (seems to be an incorrect number / didn't connect) when we needed it fairly urgently.

On the site it said I was booking a room with a bunk bed but when arrived it was a double bed

The staff were extremely unhelpful to the point of rudeness. The excuse of 'being new' means you don't have adequate procedures, and that the staff don't have basic local knowledge. Not knowing the various transport options for visitors without their own vehicle was a basic service we expected.
In addition, the cabin was musty and noisy as it was located on the highway.

Lovely location, quiet and tucked away. Very tropical. Staff so welcoming and friendly and very helpful. It’s a shame we didn’t stay longer as we were very comfortable. Only thing to mention was that it was slightly cool at night and could have done with a blanket. Didn’t ask as we were only booked in for one night but I’d imagine we would have got if asked and they had available. Will definitely be back there. A gem finding.
