Very friendly staff, always available for support. Breakfast was nice/diverse and freshly served. Refilled and replaced constantly.

There is a lounge area, but limited facilities for lunch/diner/drinks. However, there are plenty of options nearby.

the surroundings around the hotel

the staff are so slow we shoulld have been checked in at 14:00pm coz they already charged us w/a 1000¥ plus coz we wanted to check in earlier but we had the room at around 14:40 only 20 mins to check in for 15:00pm but they told us its the hotel rules! they dont charge by the minute only for hours ! what a mess ! but its already done! we just wasted +1000¥ that they charged us! anyways we r not going back!

Very nice hotel, extremely good location as it is close to the station. We went to Fujisawa and Enoshima by train and it was handy. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. The staff at breakfast were very nice, very well organised situation.

The lobby staff felt a little rushed when it was busy, nice but a bit too fast to feel welcoming.

Location was close to Shonandai Station and the staff were helpful.

The bathroom was clean but small and poorly designed. The bathtub had a gap between it and the wall (allowing water to seep in) and the shower curtain did not prevent water from soaking the whole bathroom floor. The room was also small in general. The price seemed a little high for the average facilities.

location is very near to station and bus stop. Also has a Conbini nearby.
