The place was good and comfortable, everyone enjoyed themselves. It was in a exellent location
It backed onto the golf course which was great.
the bedrooms upstairs had no airconditioning and they were extremely hot and the one facing Mitchell Parade was extremely noisey. The fans didnt cool the rooms down.
Also the sofa bed down stairs was filthy dirty I dont think it had been cleaned for a very long time.

the bunk room has very squeaky beds.. 2 out for the three beds with every light movement SQUEAKED.. Only one bed was useable, hence the 2nd person who as to use a bed, slept on the couch

Outlook to golf course great. Well appointed furnishings and facilities.
Close to beach and other facilities.
Heating of ground and top floors inadequate.

5 burner Bbq gas was left on outside, significant smell and danger. Bin inside not emptied.

Fab property in a great location. We were 8 women who stayed. It was such an easy house to be in and felt like a home.
Everything was of a high quality.
Would highly recommend staying there.
