Lovely place, very well presented and had all mod cons. The owners were very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

My stay in the Villa was amazing! Christof and his family runs the business with a lot of care and joy, which is transmitted in each single detail of the house. Our flight was delayed to late night and yet Christof received us with a big smile after 3am. There was a nice bottle of wine and fresh fruits in the kitchen, bottled water and all other of amenities one would need. Our stay was definitely super comfortable, as the house and all the furniture is super new. The host also runs a restaurant (Almira Restaurant) in the Kamari beach, where we were equally welcomed by him, his daughter and the rest of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, and we were presented with entrées and some wine in all the times we were there. Christof was always worried if we needed anything, offered help for buying some groceries and even offered us a ride to the beach as we had not rented a car. Housekeeping is preciously done daily and in our last day he allowed us to stay in his restaurant and occupying a seat in front of the sea without even charging us for that, just for our consumption. This is the kind of jewel that needs to be taken care and definitely deserves all the joy and success!

Highly recommended. The house is extremely clean, fully equipped, very cozy, comfortable and spacious. The location is very convenient. It is quiet and yet it is only a 5 minute car drive to places like Kamari beach or Thera. It is close to supermarkets and pharmacies. The owner is very hospitable. He's very helpful and makes you feel very welcomed. We would definitely stay there again.

We liked everything it was an amazing villa, with everything you can need! Clean, cozy, comfortable, perfect location close to the city, but in quiet place, kitchen has all the tools for food making and everything brand new. The owners thought about every small detail and they were very, very friendly and helpful. I can say it was a wonderful experience to stay at so amazing place! We get much more then we expected and we would love to come back to La Boheme Villas and beutifut Santorini. Thank you! 😊

Together as a group of 4 people, we had an amazing stay at La Boheme Villas. The host is kind, very responsive and the accomodation is a pleasant mix of cozy and modern. Well-equipped, all the rooms we had were clean and of a generous size. The placement of the building is very close to the bus station and rather close to Kamari beach. Special thanks to Kristof, the host, as the attention of details and efficient communication from his side made us feel really welcomed and taken care of as guests.

Very spacey house with big beds. the interior is newly renovated and the design is modern. The landlord was very nice to provide welcoming fruits and drinks in the fridge, and necessary service and stuff like extra blankets. They clean the house and change the towels every day which is super nice.

There was not enough hot water for showering and it is not very nice that the water gets cold when in the shower.

As wonderful as it can be. Amazing place with a fantastic hosts.

Amazing place with a fantastic hosts. The building and the rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. Quite close to all places on the island (provided that you have a car). Truly recommend this place :)!

Location, view, size and comfort of the beds, washing machine, away from tourists, easy access to all parts of the island, cleanliness, security, friendliness and helpfulness of owner's wife and daughter.

House was not finished (cables and pipes sticking out of the wall and floor), no welcome booklet with recommendations, map, rules and useful information. Water pressure is low. The description of the property omitted that you cannot park in front of the house and that you have to walk up a cobbled alley which is not illuminated at night. They came to clean everyday which is great however they kept moving everything back to where they wanted it which became frustrating. View from double bedroom onto the stairs going up to other apartment means lack of privacy and view. The owner also does not mention in the property description that he lives in the property whilst you are there I'm a downstairs apartment. There are only two chairs provided for breakfast outside, even though the house is designed to accommodate 4 guests. The owner operates a restaurant full time and is not always reachable.

Our stay in this villa exceeded our expectations ! Kristof was really great and helpful, he even accompanied us to rent the scooter! The welcome was great, bottle of wine, fruit and water ! Cleanliness of the house every day and great views! You can see that there is a great attention to details. We highly recommend this place, a little paradise!

This is an extremely beautiful apartment. Extremely well-equipped. Brand new. Very comfortable beds. It is located at the middle part of Santorini. Accessible to everywhere with car. Perfect housekeeping everyday. They cleaned the apartment so well. I don't mind giving a score higher than 10.

Location is the best: exactly in the middle of the island, next to the Kamari beach, to supermarket Danaxas and the cheapest petrol station( BP), it’s 2 floor villa, we was leaving on the second floor, amazing view to the mountain and to the sea, quite nice area, villa is super clean, 2 bedroom, bed was very comfortable that is very important for rest, new, in nice Mediterranean style, has all kitchen appliances and even washing machine. We arrived early morning and owner kindly allowed us to make early check in. Silviya is amazing person , met us at arranged time, always was in touch with us and help with any queries. Cleaning was every day. Compliment was cold water and fruits with wine. Super. It was amazing after flight . From first minute and last second it was great vacation. By the way we was thinking about renting apartment in Oia or Fira, with caldera view and etc, but when we had realized how it is small, always was problem with parking place, crowds and not easy access to the hotel and we saw how people had carried their baggages by the lot of stairs under the sun, we became more and more happy with our villas choice. Island is very small and you could enjoy fantastic sunset and sunrise from any place and meantime live at gorgeous short term home. We wish to come back. I advise to everyone this wonderful place.
