Accessibility to Cocoa beach. Plenty of kitchen cooking utensils and fresh sheets towels and beddings.
The door schlage key codes dont work. So we had to use garage door in out of the place.
The AC did not work.
No water pressure for the 4 days of stay because we need to go another place.

The place was perfect for us.
The condo was very clean and suited all our needs. Decorated very nicely and loved the patio with grill. Watched the sunrise on the screened in balcony was nice.
Will definitely come back.

Spacious and clean. We did use also the small backyard for outdoor lunches 🙂
We did have quite a bumpy start. The access code did not work and we waited “outside” for almost 1 hour...
