The location and beach rights were great. It was nice to have the porch also.

The excess fees are ridiculous and unfair. I want to contact the owner about them. Also the toilet was the size for a preschooler and clogged and overflowed. Also the place smelled of MOLD and needs to be checked and remediate by a PROFESSIONAL. The owner left a bicycle chained in the already small space, which was totally in the way. There’s a bike rack downstairs!!

Everything. Ceramic tiles broken in kitchen/bath area. Almost cut my foot more then once. No working microwave. No free internet. they wanted me to pay for it. The name is NOT- SAND & BEACH WITHIN REACH. Name is THE PAGODAS - Unit 8. overcharged by almost double what others would charge for Much Nicer units. I paid almost $400.00 more then other Units rent for. No AIR OR HEAT entire unit was broken.

No cable TV, no heat, bed was a double twin.. very tiny. Dinning table was falling apart. Tiles were broken in the kitchen area. Couldn't move in the bathroom, so tiny. No nonslip grip in the tub. No housekeeper for 4 days we were there, dirty linen and towels just piled up in the corner of the already super tiny place.

Location was good. Room was clean.

Space management in room was poor. Owner's bicycle left in room. Broken TV cabinet blocked windows. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Advertised as a queen bed, was actually a full. AC Broken.
