The location was amazing, staff really good and helpful. the layout off the property was well done.

The maintenance of certain aspects was not good, access door to our room was extremely stiff and hard to open, window in our bathroom did not seem to fit properly and the pool could do with a good clean. The area down by the water could be improved. Considering we stayed just post COVID the property is yet to get back on its feet fully which they have started to do. This is very much constructive feedback and we enjoyed our stay very much so, the staff make the place.

We had the Best and Very Memorable Stay in BBL. The food was great, the ambiance and view was perfect and above all the staff was really accommodating, polite and very helpful especially on what I have requested from them...for the perfect Romantic Surprise Dinner, with all my heart I am so grateful and thank you so much guys everything, most especially to Ms. Nicha! Our total experience was Exceptional and Highly Recommended!

Staff and setting were amazing. A beautiful and peaceful spot.

Only one small downside was no Wi-Fi in the rooms but otherwise excellent.

A bit far from coron town

View was nice and the room was a good size, that's about it sadly....

- Food was really poor, esp for the price. Also breakfast included in booking is only partially true - only 2 basic options are free. The nicer breakfast you have to pay for. We ordered a bottle of wine with dinner it was terrible. The wine had gone off (it was a Sauvignon Blanc from 2017.... usually you shouldn't keep SB for more than 2-3 years....) - Overall for the price paid you'd expect some basics covered i.e. airport transfer. Instead the hotel rip people off as there is no competition. My taxi to the airport in Singapore is cheaper than in Coron....also the tours they offer are ridiculously expensive. We organized our own tour (exact same itinerary) which was 20% the price the hotel offered, again just ripping their guests off. - The pool area has no shade so it's not really an option to spend the day by the pool. - Sunset, other hotels in the area have betters views for sunset (try to go the Al Faro across the water - they also do happy hour and the food in much much better and cheaper.....)

The walk from the beach area was tiring but we moved rooms to accommodate the walk and the staff understood our needs and didn’t have to ask… They moved us right to the top of the lodge for free…

For the location, the wifi was more than acceptable. Nothing else I would even mention. Great overall.

The structure itself is very nice. The rooms are very large, the bathrooms are fabulous and the staff is incredibly sweet. I loved the staff❤️❤️❤️

First off- no WiFi. They claim to have it in the lobby, but it’s too weak to download photos or do anything photography related. Second - Exorbitant added costs.... a 10% instant fee after booking with no warning, breakfast is not included when using this app and costs over 20USD, there is no free transportation (I paid 40USD to get there), once you’re there it’s extremely remote - nothing to walk to and guess what? It costs to get a ride anywhere.... they basically trap you in this little resort and then charge fees as if you’re in Disney. You are not Disney, BBL. Philippines has much more reasonably priced resort like facilities with better food and views. Third - who is managing? I stayed for over a week and never met management. Not what I would expect from a high end resort.

SeaDoo was broken so not available and lower restraurant by water was closed.

Wonderful landscape, a perfect place to relax and disconnect. Staff is simply perfect, they help you in every way to make your stay unforgettable. Amazing dive center with very professional team.

- Too Far from coron city, the place where everything is happening on this island. No shuttle service available. Van transportation to Coron city is charged 1000 PHP per person -> 4000PHP (70€) for a couple if you want to go and come back. Since the structure is so far from the city, they should provide a Shuttle service every hour or so at an affordable price. - No scooter rent available: since the resort is far from everything, I think this could be a good service to provide in order to let customers be able to explore the island. - Since Coron City is the place where all the Tour starts, if you want to do an exursion from the hotel be prepared to pay 6000 PHP instead of 1000/1500 in town: ridicoulous. - Breakfast: Orange Juice is extra. Only water and coffee is included. This is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. - Beach is really small, they should provide more affordable tour to the private beach they have (is around 50€ per person) - Wi-fi available only in the lobby and in the infinity pool area - Overall, prices in the structure are really high: be prepared to pay more or less the same amount you paid for the room in extras.
