The location is very good and the view over the gardens also the sea front.
all the kitchen items need changing the kettle had no filter and was dirty balck inside i did scrape it to clean but it needs changing if it was mine i would throw it away. also i put my hand into the draw to get a knife got the previous occupents chines on my hands in the drawer some bedding had stains, we I had one cold shower while being there my daughter said she managed to get one warm one but the water is cold. the tv they have is sky but you need a membership also for the games consol you need to be a member to put your number in to use.
i wish i could have give a good review and hope you sort these things out maybe charge a little more and replace the equipment more often or maybe charge a deposit for breakages then people will take more care. They do say if you have any problems contact them but there was just too many, sorry.

Location close to shops, seafront, bus and not far from ferry port. Very quiet at all times. Spacious, each room good. Host Nigel spotted my arrival, helpful as phones from UK don't work until coded.
Just a couple of minor issues in en suite... light over washbasin, and basin plug. Neither working.

The location couldn’t be better and the view is amazing, The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is very spacious.
I have nothing bad to say about the apartment but ours was on the top floor so if you struggle with stairs something to consider.

Fantastic location and in general fairly good. Property a bit tired. Needs a bit of T L C . Couldn't use one of the setees as it broken. But as there were only two of us - not a problem. All that said we had a great holiday and will be back one day.

Location overlooking the sea was fabulous. Proximity to shops and restaurants also good. Plenty of utensils and kitchen equipment/crockery/glasses
Apartment a little tired and run down. Windows could do with a clean on outside and some of them were taped shut. Net curtains could also do with a wash. Shower in main bathroom out of order. There was one attached to the bath taps but not really ideal. Dishwasher didnt work. Couldnt make tv's in one bedroom work and couldnt get sky to work in main room. lights underneath kitchen cupboards kept falling down. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and main bed was quite small which meant feet hung out. Might be useful to add that this particular apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.

The location is perfect - a few minutes walk from everywhere in Douglas. The views from the flat are fantastic. The host and staff were very helpful and attentive.
The flat smelled on arrival and everytime we entered. The carpet wasnt clean. The main bathroom needs an update- the shower leaked onto the floor everytime despite the shower screen being positioned correctly. The bed mattresses are old and springy and the pillows need refreshing.

Surprisingly spacious apartment with interior stairs. The owners were consistently helpful and friendly, even on the 4th/5th time we managed to wipe our entry card. Location is excellent, right on the waterfront and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. There is no parking, but there is a free disk system that lets you park for 2 hours free, and if you park after 6 then the two hours doesn't start until 8 the following morning. So that worked well. There is an excellent Brazilian restaurant downstairs at which you can get a discount for staying in the hotel

An absolutely wonderful apartment. Great bathroom and bed very comfortable. Has a good kitchen which is well equipped and clean. A great lounge with great views out over the seafront and bay. It is in a great location for access to the shopping areas and transport.
There is nothing that I didn’t like it was great for me. Just a note though. There no lift,

location was fab, beautiful views, very comfortable and everything you would ever need, so making it home from home!
stairs were very steep for my mum, main bathroom could have been presented better. grout and surround showed had black marks and radiator was slightly rusted.

5 * Location . excellent stunning view from large bay windows in a very large apartment with everything you needed . Greeting on Arrival excellent and able to leave bags on arrival and departure brilliant service
Apartment let down by small issues that could easily be rectified. Bins rusty . Radiator in shower rusty. Some Cooking appliances needed a good clean or replacing . Double bed needs upgrading tv in bedroom no reception.. if rectified these would make the stay from a good stay. to an excellent stay

Exceptionally roomy living area - compares very favourably with other apartments in the same category in Douglas in which we have stayed previously.
Superb location with a view right along Douglas promenade, right in front of the Tower of Refuge and one minute from the main shopping street.
Bedding was barely adequate - lumpy and mismatched pillows and poor-quality sheets that barely stretched the width of the bed.
While the decor is fresh, the level of cleanliness left much to be desired - we were aghast at the amount of dust and dirt we picked up on vaccuming the living room carpet before we put our child down on it, and had to wash pots, plates and cutlery before we used them. Likewise, the toilet and (superb) bathtub needed a really good scrub before we could use them.
The promenade location comes with the downside that it is is necessary to move the car every two hours or put it in a paying car park. This is common to all properties on Loch Promenade.

The location was fantastic, the apartment completely exceeded my expectations, it was extremely roomy and comfortable with all the amenities that I needed. I most definitely will be staying again.
