It has been probably one of the coolest place we have stayed in. Super friendly staff especially chief of restaurant. Friendly easy going owners. Stunning view from beach. Cool swimming pool. Cooconuts trees all around place providing shadows.

Everything is perfect! The Bungalows are very well equipped and clean, some in a beautiful botanic garden and some in the beach front. The stuff and the owner are so kind and friendly, they help in any case. It is such a calm place, but you are in a few minutes walking in Thong Sala, wich is very easy.

The place is like a little paradise with the sand, bungalows and private beach, very relaxed atmosphere. Also the owners and staff are really nice and help you with all you need.

The restaurant doesn't cook with enough spices, the Thai food was tasteless. The beach is not really good for swimming because it is too shallow and you need water shoes to get in. Also even though it is supposed to be adults only, families with children frequently were on the beach. But these really were only minor stuff, we really enjoyed there.

The bathroom smelled very badly and was not clean at all. Very unfortunate as the rest of the bungalow was very nice maintained and comfortable.

the mosquitoes would have been nice if they could have provided a net and that you had to put all of your toilet paper in a basket I feel like the toilet wasn’t private enough only being separated by a small bamboo screen from your living/sleeping area

really relaxen, this is the perfect place. starting the day with good tea and have a lovely Kayak tour to the island nearby. lovely staff. felt at home. And! while I was there, soft bed-tops arrived, so no hard beds anymore ;-)

It was quiet, peaceful and really like being in paradise we thought it was beautiful and 5 minutes walk round the corner younhad the option of busy lively stuff going on. Their was a really nice couple who rented us a moped at the end of the lane worth a visit to them too.

The service was not as expected from a hotel in Thailand. The owners are French and you get the French service instead of Thai. Not very helpful, no daily towels, no clean sheets during the whole stay. Uncomfortable bed and shower. Service of a hostel instead of a more expensive hotel. Almost all other visitors in the hotel were French. Breakfast was not included, we paid 4000 bath (which is expensive) for 4 breakfast and 1 lunch without getting a receipt. Instead of the warm welcome we received in all other hotel that visited during our stay, the receptionist only complained to us because the boat arrived a bit late.

You can easy access from Thong Sala pier. What a garden! Big plus for the gardeners who every day maintain. Perfect place if you just want to relax and enjoy the nature. Watching the sunset from the balcony. You can kayaking for free! Restaurant price and quality was ok. We feel everything was in place. The Bungalows was also very comfy. Nice experience on night market(1km) and zen beach on north.

The whole island is a big party place until midnight you can hear the music from far clubs. (but we was visit also some clubs) and another dislike for taxis. we feel overpriced.(you can rent bike on the corner, but for us not on option) These are not the hotel's faults.

Beautiful place to relax (many nice sitting areas to relax), quiet and clean, very friendly staff, comfortable bungalow with seaview, restaurant on site with good choice of Western and Thai dishes. Very good location.

Nothing really... I've had difficulties with locking the door (when going outside), so I often just left - the door unlocked. But it's a minor thing and I'm sure they'll take care of it.

location - when you step outside the resort then it is very dirty and unpleasant location - no nice beach bars around bungalow - toilet is literally in the room, separated by a partial bamboo wall with no door bungalow - it is bit smelly from a shower drain

Everything was amazing although only slight criticism is the bathroom. Not having a separate door to the bedroom made it feel a little too open when sharing a room with someone else.

Well, only good few points were that the territory is clean and it feels secluded (but wait for a kicker!)

It truly was one of the most dissapointings stay. Especially since we had quite high expectations based on the reviews and price. 1) a HUGE inconvenience that the toilet and shower area ais "separated" from the bedroom by bamboo separator. it's not even a full wall. All sounds and smells that are associated with going to the toilet are just there. No privacy, if you are staying with your partner/family. It probably is something, i could have seen on the photos, so partially it's my bad for not noticing. But it's absolutely ridiculous design. 2) Unless you specifically book the beach front villa #2, don't bother. the "beach front" villa #1 is situated behind the pool and plants, which is just completely ruins the point of being "beach front" you can get better views from the "seaview" villas as all bunfalows are really close together. 3) Their staff is tasked with making the territory super clean.. yet noone cared to clean the rooms properly. the aircons were very dirty. my mother had a stained, weirdly colored bedhseets. 3) their restaurant (if one dares to call it so) is closed on wednesdays. can't even get a drink from a bar. 4) "restaurant" deserves a special mentioning. i think most of the food served there is just pre-cooked store bought meals that they heat up. it was the saddest food that i had not just in Thailand but in general in years. 5) the pool is really small and cold 6) they do technically have a seaside but it's like a little "pool" separated from the main sea by a little strand of land. in 3 days we couldnt swim there once because the tide was super low (not their fault) and the sea is quite dirty. 7) we stayed during the week, and each day owners had friends playing petang on the territory. sometimes they get loud. i appreciate having friends but it's your hotel. these people don't stay there. the resort is supposed to be secluded and private.
