Amazing views and swimming pool. Owner helpful and quick to respond.

A few more loungers would have been useful.

Location, view, pool, single residence, 3 bedrooms with good common space. Cool breezes at night, did not use AC.

Small first floor bathroom.. note shower was separate and was very good. A heated pool would have put this property at 10+. Could not enjoy at night as water was chilly. But during day in afternoon after hours on the beach it was great.

If you plan to visit many places, this villa is perfectly located. And you get the sunset from the pool every day. Will come back for sure

The absolute place to relax. The view straight out of dreams, from sunrise to sunset with the Ionian Sea at your feet. The accommodation spotless located in central position with Kathisma beach 6m drive and the island capital 20m drive and big enough for two couples and two kids. The swimming pool large enough to accommodate games, swimming or simply relaxation enjoying the sunset at the Ionian Sea and cleaned every day. No other houses near by to annoy you or to annoy. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. BBQ with wood oven outside. As for our hostess, Ms Livitsanou, the perfect 10, always available to accommodate any needs and to solve immediately any issue making sure that our days there will be smooth and the most relaxing ones.

All were perfect

All was fine and relaxing. Secluded from any noisy neighbors, but very close to the beach and the nearby village. View is better than in the pictures. Pool is regularly cleaned/maintained. Ioanna a very friendly person and a great host.

The villa is situated perfectly. Quiet place and beautiful. The owner Ioanna was extra kind. We asked for some toys ín the swimming pool for the children and She brought it immidiately. We spent there 4 nights and She changed the linen after 2 days and checked the pool regularly. The beds were comfortable. Great place for relaxing. The photos show reality. You need a car to reach the beach or shops.

The villa was perfect. Nothing. The beach was a Littke crowded but it was high season.
