All the staff were amazing. The grounds and setting were amazing. Our room was beautiful. Location was fantastic. We even got to meet the owner of the house and older Italian gentlemen who gave us a brilliant dose of authenticity rhat made our stay in sorrento even better. The breakfast was excellent. Try the tomato dish that is made it is excellent. We even got a free ride down to pick our car up after our stay. 10/10

Honestly, everything!!!! From the hospitality to the “mom and pops” ambiance with class, elegance, friendlyness and cleanliness … to helping us pick up our luggage from the port when we were late to go to a day trip elsewhere… the property is super cute with presence of a “cozy home” away from the crazy touristy streets (though two min walk into the chaos if you wish to partake). It is if you time warped into a different atmosphere two minutes away. They went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Please keep in mind I live in NYC and have specific standards so giving this rating is something I don’t take lightly! Seven rooms of heaven with delicious breakfast w/ vegetables and herbs from their gardens. Pepe- the owner named it after is deceased wife and runs it like his home. He even drove me to the port!! What hotel does that? I’m surprised they only are a three star stay because I would rate this experience 10/10/10/10. This is what you want when you are traveling either with your girlfriends or a couple… or even your mom/child… they cater to all and it shows in their presence. When I come back to Sorrento, I’m staying here again!

This trip was our second year staying in Casa Lucia as we had enjoyed last years stay so much - safe to say this years stay lived up to the standards set from last year. Casa Lucia is a hidden gem in Sorrento, with amazing facilities including fabulous rooms (with super air conditioning!), gorgeous garden and stunning pool. Breakfast each morning was a delicious spread of different fresh food including fruit, pastries, meats, cereals and much more. Casa Lucia has an ideal location, only a 2 minute walk to the Corso d’Italia and a 5/6 minute walk down to the beautiful Marina Grande. Although it is located in the town, it is away from the hustle and bustle, and the lovely tranquility of Casa Lucia made our stay so relaxing. Thank you to all the staff at Casa Lucia - We will hope to be back again next year!

Beautiful property that feels like a bit of the countryside in the city. At the end of the cobblestone lanes of the historic centre, only a minute from the main shopping area yet feels like a million miles away, so quiet and peaceful. Grounds are beautiful, with many little seating options, a fantastic pool and loungers, outside showers, all very rustic stylish. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything, breakfast was incredible (from cornettos and cakes to mozzarella, prosciutto and tomatoes, juices, yoghurts, boiled eggs etc etc). We had a ground-floor room with a little garden (with outdoor shower!). Room was very comfy, bathroom very nice, shower even had tiled seat with wall-jets. A peaceful oasis to come back to!

We stayed in late October, evenings were chilly and humidity was high - the air exchanger was needed to stop the room from being too humid and musty, but it made it incredibly cold. Am sure this is not a problem in summer!

The garden and pool area were beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was a huge spread for only 7 rooms and was delicious with fresh fruit and many options.

We arrived at Casa Lucia and were immediately made to feel most welcome. The gardens, the rooms, the pool, the staff ... everything was more than perfect. A great location. Casa Lucia is Sorrento's best kept secret. So relaxing ... thank you for everything.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property has unique character to it, very relaxing and quiet. The property was also very clean. I was disappointed to find that the "hot tub" is not actually heated though. I booked my hotel based on the fact that this property had a hot tub. The water was very cold at 2pm and I came to find out that it's only "heated" by the sun. Other than that, this property is in a good location close to shops and restaurants. In addition, I felt very safe coming back at night since they lock their gates and you need a key to enter the property.

Absolutely LOVED this property!! We arrived for our honeymoon and were so excited to see our location. From our first interaction with Paulo upon checkin and him assisting with getting our heavy luggage to the top floor we were already impressed. After having time to lay our things down in the room we immediately went out to explore the grounds. It’s so beautiful- from the gardens of flowers to the olive and fruit trees we were so happy. The pool area was tucked in the back and surrounded by greenery and felt secluded. They also had a treehouse and trampoline on-site for their guests to enjoy along with a covered patio space for outdoor dining. Our room I believe was the best one they had - spectacular views of the gardens on one side with the balcony and the other window was the ocean. We couldn’t have been happier! We loved that the windows opened all the way to enjoy the views and breeze of the day. They surprised us with a wonderful bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon which we definitely enjoyed! The location is great! They are situated in what’s considered the “old” part of Sorrento within the wall. Everything is right there to walk to it made it so easy for us. They had breakfast available every morning and it was perfect. It was a large spread of items from fresh fruits, meats and cheeses to pastries and cereal. Our one favorite part of this place was the stairs to the rooftop area where my husband and I enjoyed the sunsets and an amazing evening of wine and our own private dance floor. I can’t say enough great things about this property and would happily come back to celebrate our anniversary.

I was bitten alot from Moskitoes, but considering they had alot of rain before we came might not of helped, it put me off going to the pool.in the end ,

The outdoor area was beautiful and the staff really welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and great selection of fruits and breads. The location was fairly close to town and easy to walk in for food.

The bathroom was a bit scary and dark. The shower looked like it has seen better days and wasn't an enjoyable experience. The room was small and cramped. I didn't sleep well there.

the most wonderful stay at Casa Lucia. staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at all times. the hotel is so welcoming and being small you feel like part of a family. Paulo welcomed us on our first day and honestly made our stay what it was. he was so kind and generous in his hospitality. he also was very helpful with our plans for the week. we will definitely come back to stay at Casa Lucia and will recommend to everyone.
