Nice and cosy room with plenty space.
The owner bakes cake and tarts so every morning there is a good choice for breakfast.
I would install a vent in the common (balcony at the back were breakfast was served) area as it was too hot sometimes due heatwave.

Main road next to the house, we had windows on the main road and we could hear some car noise.

The host was so friendly and lovely - she always offered us delicious breakfast with homemade cakes/pastries, surprised us with desserts, offered to book our reservations for dinner, and gave us plenty of recommendations for what to do in the area. She also allowed us to store our luggage at the place for several hours after we checked out while we did a boat trip.
Great location just 10 minutes drive away from many beaches. Parking was always easy to find right outside the door. Room is spacious and equipped with good AC, strong blowdryer, mini fridge, and even an extra bed. Having breakfast on the balcony is also a huge plus.

Le Petunie is a very cute B&B and Angela was a wonderful host. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were super clean. Everything is made with lots of love. Will come back next time.

It was one of our favourite places to stay in Sardinia, specialy because of the host - she was extremly helpful, nice and always smiling. Another reason was the best breakfast we had on our holiday on the island. You can choose between a traditional Italian breakfast or an American breakfast (cheese, salami, jam - home made, yogurt - home made, butter). We were also able to choose the time of breakfast. Eating it on a terrace is a nice touch as well. The room is okay, it has everything you need. The balcony, looking on the street is also very cute.
