La maison est située dans la belle Port St. Joe, à deux rues de la baie avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Vous pouvez vous promener au centre-ville et profiter de merveilleux restaurants, notamment Peppers, Three Sisters ou Sand Dollar Café, entre autres. Vous êtes à 5 minutes en voiture de St Joe Beach ou à 10 minutes de Mexico Beach avec de magnifiques plages de sable blanc.
Grande cour arrière est partiellement clôturée avec une terrasse pour se détendre pendant ces chaudes soirées d'été. Le parking devant pourra facilement accueillir 4 voitures ou un bateau et 1 à 2 voitures. Vous êtes à seulement 2-3 pâtés de maisons de Frank Pate Park, qui comprend une installation de lancement de bateau de 4 larges. Ceci est un quartier calme avec un accès rapide au centre-ville et également à 20 minutes en voiture de Cape San Blas. Le Cap fait partie d'une péninsule séparant la baie de St Joseph du golfe du Mexique et mérite une visite.

Location, property and host could not have been better! Highly recommend. Property is spacious and well stocked. Stay here! You will not be disappointed!

The property was good, clean, neat and roomy. Not sure why but ran out of hot water in a hurry.
My only problem was with the use of the TV. I know if all I wanted was a TV I could have stayed at home.
But this was UGA's first game of the season and there was no way I could find to watch it. There were no directions on how to use the media.
All you could watch was old movies and cartoons, or try and find a bar that had seats available. LOL

House was very clean and well kept when we arrived. In a perfect location and short drive to all the restaurants Port St Joe has the offer and the beach. Donna was so easy to communicate with and answered any question almost instantly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We love visiting the Forgotten Coast but as it’s become less and less forgotten, it can be difficult to find a really great place to stay that everyone (2 adults, a teen boy, and a under 10 girl) loves but this home fit the bill! It’s laid out so well and is spacious without feeling oversized. Close to everything, the location is perfect and the parking was ample. The decor is simple and tasteful and very comfortable. The beds were comfy, the towels fluffy, and the master shower is huge!! The owners were very responsive when a simple issue arose and had it resolved almost immediately. We will definitely stay again! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Quaint Cottage. We’ve rented numerous properties through VRBO, and this one is our favorite. The cottage is spacious and comfortable, and it’s close to everything. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home, owners thought of a lot of little things that made for a wonderful stay. Only complaint would be the king bed was very uncomfortable. Very stiff mattress. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay!

This is my second time staying here and it’s a great low key place close to everything. The only “complaint” I have is the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that everything was perfect!

This was our first stay in Port St. Joe. Easy area to drive around in. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable , clean and well stocked for cooking if you so desire. One of the best homes we ever rented. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was a short walk to the Reid St. area. The cottage is close to everything in downtown PSJ, a quick 5 minute drive to Presnell’s Marina. The back patio was our favorite hang out with our family. The master shower is fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked. This place had everything we needed. We will book again if we ever get the chance!

Last trip to the beach this past weekend with the family. My girlfriend and I found the place to be exceptionally clean and well spaced. The outside screened back porch is a nice spot to just sit outside and talk. Everything worked properly. The master shower was quite big. The kids enjoyed the big open spaces and their rooms. Close enough to the beach and stores to keep your priorities in order (being on the beach lol!) We had a wonderful time so much so I’ve been thanked twice for finding this listing by my girlfriend lol! Go enjoy this place and the beach when you can.

Best place
My family has visited Port St. Joe several times. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this home. We normally clean when we arrive but didn’t have to thanks to the fabulous owners. The owners had everything you could ever need during your stay. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed the short walk to the bay. Thank you so much! We will definitely stay again if available. The property has a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. It made it very uncomfortable to be in. When we got home we had to rewash all of our (even clean) laundry and air out our luggage to try to get rid of the cigarette odor that had soaked into everything.

Perfect Getaway!
Our trip was amazing! We were able to come and go with ease and the neighborhood was quaint and well kept. Everything that we needed was in the home and it was easy to find what we needed. The home was clean and I have absolutely no complaints! I LOVE the shower and how roomy it is! Very luxurious! We will definitely book this home again.

This house is so much nicer than the photos indicate. Nice finishes throughout house with master bed/bath located down a long hallway from other 2 bedrooms and bath. Enjoyed the screened back porch and fenced backyard. Just a block from the 4 mile dedicated walking/biking path. Can find no fault in this gem!

Nice house at a convenient location
The house had everything we were hoping for and was very clean and well kept. With our dogs we especially enjoyed the fenced backyard. We could walk to the ocean front and to a lot of restaurants in town.
