Veuillez noter que le matelas gigogne est situé dans le placard car le lit gigogne est brisé. Au troisième étage, vous trouverez la chambre principale dotée d’un lit king-size et d’une salle de bains privative dotée d’une douche à l’italienne.
Au deuxième étage se trouve la cuisine avec tout le nécessaire et le salon qui comprend une grande télévision à écran plat et un nouveau canapé moelleux réunis autour d’un foyer au gaz. Le lecteur Roku est équipé, mais veuillez utiliser votre propre identifiant. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain à cet étage. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont disponibles pour les vêtements de ski mouillés. Sortez sur le patio extérieur et profitez de l'air pur de la montagne.

Great home in West Vail. The property manager was incredibly helpful and quick to respond with the few small questions we had. Super close to the bus route, making it easy and convenient to get to town and the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, enjoyable place. 1 min walk from free shuttle stop that takes you to Lionshead Village (16 min) and Vail Village (28 min). Very convenient if you leave home in ski boots and all geared up. I have only one suggestion to fix the fireplace and the garbage disposal. Gas is leaking a little bit from the first one if not used and you can smell it in the living room. And second one is just not strong enough. Other than that we are very happy and planning to come back.

Vail and Beaver Creek were easy drives or ride on the bus! We had so much room in the condo and it was amazingly clean. Great spot!

Overall the unit worked for our family. The layout was a good set up for two families. The location was not far from where we went to ski and shop. The property itself was over good however there are a few things I would do differently. The fridge needs to be cleaned out after each a stay. There were condiments in the fridge that were expired and no telling how long they were there. Each floor has a unit. The upstairs was perfect on temperature and the second floor was perfect but the bottom floor even with the unit being off and the heat would run. It would get so hot which made it uncomfortable to sleep and there was knocking in the walls in the room walls. We did contact management to look into the items they made a couple of recommendations. Which was turning off the switch to the bottom floor and resetting but that still did not fix the problem. The carpet needs to be updated it is a little worn. We had a good time and we would come back.

*Free bus on Meadow Creek stop has the green and red bus that takes you to the Vail Transportation Center where you get off to walk to the Vail village and Gondola One
*Bus picks up approximately every 15 minutes and takes about 25 minutes to get to Vail
My review on townhouse
Pros - nicely laid out where the 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and laundry on first floor; 2nd floor is kitchen, dining table, and family room with TV and gas fireplace; 3rd level is the master suite with full bathroom. Parking space next to front door. Keyless entry. Plenty of board games provided.
Cons -
Towels can be replaced with newer ones
Stock toilet paper as we ran out toward end of week
Cookware can be updated
Frying pans worn and were not great to cook meals
No crockpot
No foil, this would be useful to have stocked
My opinion with open condiments left in frig should be thrown out (mustard, hot sauce, etc.).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to a group needing 3 bedrooms and space.

Overall nice with some annoyances
It's a nice property with a few annoyances. A couple of the windows would not open which made it hard to cool down one of the bedrooms. The internet only worked the first day and then was out the remainder of the stay which meant there was also no TV since the TV's are tied to the internet. (Router needed to be reset which was in another unit of the complex where no one was staying). The area is quiet and away from the conjestion of Vail Village which we liked. It's easy to go to the Village, but come back to the peace and quiet. Property was clean and updated. Asked to drop bags off a few hours early and was told that would be an extra $60 so didn't bother.

Overall this condo was great. The location is easy to find in West Vail. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was clean. The only downside was the two guest bedrooms are on the first floor, while the master is on the third floor. If you have small children, that might not be an ideal setup. Our elementary aged child ended up sleeping in the floor of the master as he was scared to be two floors away. It was very hot when we visited in August, and there is no AC at this property (which is normal in Colorado). The property manager was responsive and brought us two box fans, which helped. However, when you have the windows open you hear a lot of noise from highway traffic nearby. I'm sure during other times of the year, this isn't as big of an issue. The patio furniture was lacking and there wasn't a nice place to sit outside. Other than that, this was a great property.

Overall this condo was great. The location is easy to find in West Vail. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was clean. Overall good stay with several items not working: burner on stove and garbage disposal. Had problems with keyless entry and there was no hand mixer in the kitchen. A senior may have difficulty with two sets of steep stairs in the condo.

This property may have been enjoyable, but the building where the unit was located was having it's roof redone. This resulted in the parking space being blocked off with other spots being used by workers, there was trash and materials on the private patio (which also had a broken chair), there were air compressors and nail guns and hammering going on , the pounding caused dust and debris to fall from the paneled ceiling onto the sofas, tables and chairs in the living room, workers were walking on the roof and able to see into the skylights in the living room, as well as into the master bedroom which had a panel of windows with no coverings. They were working from 8am to 7pm, and upon our return one day, the whole unit smelled of roofing tar. We ended our stay early, as there was no way to relax in the unit. That being said, the location in West Vail was close to the amenities, and it was decently appointed with the necessities for a vacationing family.

Good place
We enjoyed the stay. We found the bus schedule and the very close proximity to the stop to be quite convenient. The Kitchen was nicely appointed and convenient as well. The night before we left there was a big snow and we needed to leave relatively early. The lot was plowed before we left causing no issues. We would recommend this location.
