I have to wait 30 mins for my check inn and when it came to check out they wanted everthing on time however my mother was ill and i requested them if i can get some firstaid or if my mother can stay for sometime till the time i arrange something for her they simply denied.No room service was there, No water, bedsheets were stinking, and when I asked for room freshner they said no. They charge for AC Not good for family at all.

great location, great worming hospitality Doyle and his wife Sofia are really helpful and can offer more services like arranging house boating and taxi. and more. the room was big and had one big double bad and two single bad. breakfast is by request and served with a smile

Great location, very helpful and friendly hosts who made our stay in Fort Kochi wonderful by suggesting sights, restaurants and attractions. The Kathakali show was very interesting and the home cooked breakfasts were delicious.

Non A/C options might be on the warmer side, despite the fan. Hot water was great at times, but slightly inconsistent depending on time of day.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It's a very nice family and very helpful, gave us all information we needed. The traditional breakfast was delicious!
