The property was very rundown. And not at all well mentained

Excellent location, very beautiful garden, absolutely no traffic noise. Very kind staff, especially the watchmen, I felt very safe.

Prior agreements did not work out (airport pickup didn’t come, reception unavailable at agreed arrival time, specific agreed room only ready from the second day), major cleanliness issues (stained bedsheets, sticky surfaces, partly smelly laundry, restaurant tables not clean). However, the staff were kind and eager to fix the issues.

The location is amazing, the room is nice in terms of size and utilities. The price is very good for value. The security staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There is a restaurant that was right next to my room, i could hear the people and they can even see into my room. It was not comfortable.

The location is super convenient!

The property is old and needs some love (paint, sanding, lacquer, etc.).

Located in Westlands, very close to many malls and shops and inside the hotel there are two restaurants and one bar and as the name said there is the way to see the Nairobi river and a nice garden with a lot of birds.

The water in the shower was almost always cold and the offer of breakfast and food was limited but the staff tried to do their best to make our stay good and comfortable.
