This was our 2nd stay in the apartment & we just love it! The location is amazing...everything is walking distance. The apartment is modern & comfortable. It has everything we need.

Nice furnishings, comfortable mattress, and sofas, good sized living area and bedrooms, very clean, quiet, close to the beach, reasonably priced, large tv and fridge, plenty of parking, an eat-in or takeaway coffee and food venue next door.
Water mixing for the shower was an issue (cold water dominated regardless of what we tried) and the kitchen utensil collection could be improved e.g. only one cooking pot and it was huge, no baking tray/pizza pan, no vegetable peeler and the can opener was broken. Also, the flight of stairs up to the unit and the less-than-standard size opening between the opened bathroom door and bathroom sink may be an issue for some people.

The location was fantastic, being a short walk to the beach & a great cafe/bistro was downstairs.
The cost of the unit was excellent value for a 2 bedroom unit. I would stay here again.
The unit was a little on the old & dated side, but was very clean.

Being only about one block from the beach and near the middle of Hawks Nest, the location was good.
We were told by the managing estate agents, Tea Gardens Real Estate, that no linen was provided so we brought our own sheets and pillow cases. We were not told that there were no bath towels, no toiletries, no tea-towels, no coffee or tea, no bath mat which are all standard in well-equipped and presented accommodation. Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided - very mean. The basin in the bathroom was only about one quarter size due to the design of the room. The air conditioner did not work and the aluminium foil in the griller of the stove was dirty and needed replacement.
