The place is very clean, the people are very friendly and very helpful. This place, I think, is the best.

Two families with loud kids on the same floor, not soundproofed small rooms, small gym with the ac far away of the equipment, pool closed already at 6pm.

the location was good and next to many things. the staff were helpful and friendly. it was good value for money and the good thing is that we were able to keep our luggage in the store for free while we travel to Bali and other areas.
