great stay and staff were fantastic.

bedroom was clean. check in and comms with the hotel. spa was nice.
Food was disappointing. Some of the staff were really friendly - particularly the barman. However, we found on the whole the restaurant staff were very rude which wasn't great when you are paying a lot to stay there. Some of the bits of the buffet and the speciality raclette were great. But overall the food was not as good as we had hoped.

There was huge variety at breakfast, and the quality of food was very good too. The teas were all high quality which was important to me also.

The location the hotel style, the hospitality and warmth of the people their eagerness to find solutions in all our needs and problems. Congratulations
I have to search a lot and in order to give a constructive criticism I would say: the iced way to the hotel entrance could be problematic for elders, and the temperature of the swimming pool was not warm enough for my taste.

Facilitates were excellent /stylish duplex apartment/ well decorated /fantastic views/great staff/cosy traditional meets modern and stylish throughout the common areas / great ski room and ski in-ski out great!
Buffet food offering french traditional (cordon bleu?) - much of it cold when it should have been hot - most dishes I haven’t experienced before or recognised/ breakfast hot drinks from a machine /floor of room not hoovered each day/ offer & milk in room not replenished each day

the beds were very comfortable, views and ski location is great!
the noisy neighbours!! and the pool was so cold! Also the buffet was very very expensive.

The hotel is lovely and the Team is superb and very friendly. The location is perfect. Food is fantastic and so are the amenities. We loved the views from the restaurant and the common areas (including library room and play room for the kids).
Additionally the hotel has a very useful collaboration/ discount with a ski shop nearby.

Newly renovated hotel with well designed common areas and spa. Excellent location, comfortable room, nice and helpful staff. Rich breakfast.

At the breakfast the Juices was good and cheese excellent, muffins very tasty. The most impressive was the dinner. The quality of dishes vas real high and the menu well selected. Vine list provides excellent variety.
At the breakfast i miss some fresh vegetable like cucumber and tomato.
