Great staff although the same cannot be said about Booking.com. There was a double payment late April and I am still waiting for Booking.com to resolve this issue a month later.
The fact that there was a double payment due to Booking.com's system - according to the accommodation staff. Have made three submissions to Booking.com and no response so far. I doubt if I will use Booking.com ever again.

The cabin we stayed in was clean comfortable. We are from Warwick and we’re in Dalby for family medical reasons and required a quiet, gentle and restful setting and the cabin provided this for us.
The staff were understanding of our needs & went out of our way to accommodate us.
It would have been great if the cabin had a ramp

Close to all town facilities and Club for meals. Cabin neat and tidy.
A bit noisy with main road nearby and talkative neighbours into the night.

Located a walk to everything with beautiful flat paths I could get everywhere without a car. Staff were amazing and the cabin I stayed in was so clean and comfortable. I unfortunately didn't get to sit around the fire but they seemed to be having fun.

Very convenient location, very clean and comfortable.
Perhaps some non slip mats on the floors and particularly in the shower would be helpful. My partner Grahame has only one arm and I was worried he would slip during his showering.

Location was 5 mins to everything, very convenient! Staff were super helpful with advising us of activities to do.

I was meeting with family, [young grandchildren] and the receptionist upgraded my booking to ensure my cabin was close to the family. Receptionist was helpful and pleasant.

Very clean and comfortable, modern cabin with good service.
Just too noisy on a Friday night as the pub is close by. Perfect for younger party set but not for light sleepers. But probably great any other night other than Friday night.

Dalby tourist park was perfectly located to access Dalby Parkrun….short stroll from the back of the park. Perfect!!
