The staff was super gentle and helpful. The location is perfect.

My booking was not honoured as they did not share the Payment link correctly. I kept on calling the host (2 numbers), and they did not pickup. On reaching the next day, I again called, and they picked up, stating that they had some personal committments and thus did not pickup the call (how unproffesional). Then they told that they do not receive Credit Card payments, and that I have to do a gPay and then theyt will let me know if I can have a room (needed 2 rooms). I did not take a chance with such an accommodation, and booked somewhere else.

I was given an excellent price on my room given it was monsoon time. It was spacious, comfortable and in angreat location, in a quiet part of Agonda.

There was some mould on the ceiling, not uncommon during monsoon.

The standard Ac and non Ac rooms are pathetic , we were behind them to get hot water and power supply in beach hut was worst part The maintenance and service is worst We wanted to cancel three rooms and retain three rooms as some of the members could not attend Goa trip due to some emergency ( we informed the same to the Agonda home people ) The proprietor asked me to pay money for all the 6 rooms even though we used 4 rooms only. Normally if we cancel any room they are supposed to keep the money whatever we have paid till that point of time (it may be non refundable ) but they took full money not only the advance which we paid. Many guest who joined later paid very little room charges . We were charged almost double the charge I don’t recommend this or booking.com to anyone I was trying to reach booking.com regarding all the problems but the customer care service is not available and no proper response from booking.com

AVOID!! Rats in the bathroom for the entire 3 nights we stayed there, you can hear them also at night running round! I came on my honeymoon with husband to have a peaceful relaxing stay at the property. The location was great, the people were friendly in stores nearby. However, non English speaking reception staff at the property. On the 2nd day we informed the property owner about the rats and stated we are not happy to pay the full amount, to provide some sort of discount. He said we are making excuses to avoid the payment, he also said if he had told him earlier, he would have put a rat trap. We did not choose to come on our honeymoon to stay in a room with a rat trap and pay the full amount. On check out day, nobody was there on the morning. We called booking.com the next day to explain the situation and that we are happy to pay an amount, as long as there are some discounts applied. I was advised to contact the owner directly, which I did. AND HE WAS DAMN RIGHT RUDE FROM THE MINUTE I SPOKE TO HIM!!! I mentioned to him several times that we are happy to pay a negotiated discounted amount, and he was not willing to listen, shouting down the phone, stating he will call the police, as well as CALLING ME A PROSTITUTE for coming to stay at this property. I was there with my husband, and this is kind of foul dirty and filthy language from the owner!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
