The apartment hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, a 2-minute walk from the beach, however a little far from the old city center. The building is located right next to railway tracks, so it is loud when the shutters are open, but not disturbing when the windows are closed. The booked apartment (two interconnecting rooms) had two balconies, one of which has a dining table for meals. The apartment was clean, they even cleaned it once during the one-week vacation without any request. The kitchen was modestly equipped, suitable only for preparing simpler meals (missing set of plates and cutlery was immediately replaced at our request). Nearby traditional Italian cuisine and small shops. Parking is possible on the street, if there is a free space, but it was allowed to park in the narrow garden on request, otherwise parking was difficult. Overall I can recommend the accommodation.

I really liked the hotel, the location is excellent, everything is clean! We are especially grateful to the staff, who helped a lot in difficult situations.

Considering that this is an apartment, there could be some tools in the kitchen that you don't always take on a trip - dishwashing liquid, a sponge, and it would also be nice if there was salt, sugar, pepper.

The hotel was very clean and had all the facilities that were shown on the website

The location was not good, it was next to a railway line and there was a building site across the road, work started at 8 am until 6pm

Clean, great apartment!

Quite noisy as near the train tracks

Looks like on photos. Everything is new and nice. The beach is very close. The airco cools fast, there were a waterboiler and a refrigerator in the room. The staff was friendly, the wifi worked good (which is a rare thing in Italy we found out) Rooms are soundproof, there are traintracks next to the hotel but if you have your windows closed you almost don’t hear any train.

The hotel is on the side of rimini, but if you come for a beach vacation this is the perfect place. The parking is small, but the street parking is free and usually there is a spot free next to the hotel.
