Sonja and Newton are amazing and welcoming hosts! They are easy to reach as they went out of their way to make my stay easy and comfortable. I must also mention the extraordinary view from the room!

It's not really a dislike, but it should be mentioned the parking is a bit tricky (on a hill)...

the host was extremely helpful with tips for the area. Breakfast was served with much love and the whole atmosphere at this place is influenced by its proximity to the ocean

Wow, what views? Would be great for groups, families, truly a spectacular spot. Very accommodating hosts. Lovely included breakfast with breathtaking views. (Paragliders, dolphins and possibly whales,) George and Wilderness and Knysna all have lots to do and fantastic restaurants.

People smoking pot on the balcony, created a cloud of stink in my room. (Makes me nauseous). Bit challenging to find.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful with tips on what to do in the area and small things like helping to carry the luggage. The location and the view are amazing. Once I even saw dolphins from the terrace.

Loved everything

The rooms ... clean, modern and comfortable ... the breakfast - really good ... the view absolutely breathtaking.

I completely understand that to run efficiently a guest house needs to stick to rules and time lines ... but with the "cut off" time for booking in no later than 18h00 - this could create problems for travellers - we had to cut our business meeting in Knysna short to be on time as the guest house was not prepared to allow booking in even 1 min after 18h00. We also had to cut the morning breakfast business meeting short. There were ways around that, We travel out that way often for business - and i would love to stay here everytime but this would only be possible when I know I can be there before 18h00.

Das Zimmer und das Bad sind geräumig, der Ausblick von der Terrasse unbezahlbar. Meeresrauschen die ganze Nacht - herrlich! Sehr gutes, umfangreiches Frühstück.

Das mit dem nach Chlor stinkenden Pool im Frühstücksraum wussten wir: Insofern siehe weitere Bewertungen. Vermutlich sorgt die salzhaltige Gischt dafür, dass sich eine dünne, klebrige Schicht im Zimmer über alles legt. Man klebt überall fest, was einem das Gefühl von "dreckig" gibt. Die Gläser habe ich vor Gebrauch abgewaschen. Mein Armreif klebte auf dem Nachttisch. Nicht schön. Ganz schlecht finde ich, dass das an den Schlafraum angrenzende Badezimmer nicht geschlossen ist: bei geschätzten 3,60 m Raumhöhe endet die Badezimmerwand auf 2,40 m. Der Rest ist offen. Das sorgt, insbesondere bei nächtlichen Toilettengängen, für Licht- , Geräuschs- und Geruchsbelästigung. Ein echtes no go! Die Fensterscheiben haben ewig keinen Fensterputzer gesehen. Die Schlösser der Außentüren haken. Strange war unser Abend: erst kamen wir nicht raus, weil sich das gate mit dem überreichten Sensor nicht öffnete. Vom Dinner zurück, kamen wir nicht rein, weil der Owner die Haustür bereits von innen verriegelt hatte, obwohl er wusste, dass wir zum Essen und noch nicht zurück waren.
