Very well equipped and an overall nice place to stay!

We loved our stay in Gulf Shores at the bright green beach house! Last year we stayed in a condo and while it was beautiful, it was a lot of work to carry things up and down and the beach was so crowded! Here, the white sugar sand is literally right out the door and the beach was never crowded, even over the busy Fourth of July holiday! The house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, has a beachy design and was just perfect for our week long family trip. We saw dolphins multiple times, a couple small jellyfish, a stingray and found lots of large crabs night hunting with the kids. Before we arrived, we received the best email from the owner with all kinds of information, restaurant suggestions and things do do in the area. We're unable to make it back to Gulf Shores next summer, but when we can, we'd definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this cute family beach house!

This place is wonderful. You absolutely cannot beat the location, and the house itself was very nice.

My family and I had a great time staying at the LegalEase beach house. It had great views, very clean, and kitchen was stocked very nicely with what I needed to cook a meal. I had no trouble communicating with the owner. Tina was very nice and made some excellent suggestions on places to eat and visit. It is right on the beach and we did see dolphins the day we were leaving. I will definitely stay here again.

Bride one side groom the other. Beautiful location for a wedding! Even though we had to move up the wedding a day due to the weather it was the most beautiful day at the perfect place ! Owner response is amazingly fast and are the sweetest people to open Their home to us this past week. Right on the beach beautiful views could not ask for more. Thank you for everything! We loved this property! Location was excellent in town and directly on the beach. Size of the townhome was perfect for our needs. Clean, cute, and easy to communicate to owner, along with clear directions for check in and great dining suggestions. No complaints at all! We will definitely be back!

The location was great - close to everything yet in an area that is quiet and not swamped with people or high rise buildings. The house was comfortable, clean and met our needs. We had a great vacation!

What a great weekend! The house was perfect in every way. It’s set back so you feel a little more secluded than most of the other houses. It had everything we needed! Close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and clean. The house is updated and comfortable. Perfect layout to share with other couples or your family. Our host was fabulous! She had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. We’re definitely coming back!!

Perfect size for our family of 5. So close to the beach. Perfect vacation.

Location location location really is everything. We’ve stayed in condos at Orange Beach, and they are just that, “at the beach”. You still need to navigate the condo structure to get to the beach, it can be daunting with kids, beach stuff, jump in the elevator, you get the picture. This property is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! You walk out the door and the beach access is a short walk across the sand..BOOM! We loved our time at this property, found it to be acceptable, cleaning crew needs to be encouraged to step it up. Not dirty, but you could tell hard surfaces needed to be dusted, floors had sand on them..it’s the beach. Don’t get me wrong, still clean, just needs a little more! Property could use a kitchen upgrade, please when doing this, add USB outlets to charge devices, other than that, totally family friendly, beach access is a 10! Just down the road from the Hangout, for young teens. Parking is well off the road,, a little unimpressed with the public using a make shift walk path between the property to the East…trying to set on the deck, having multiple people walk by felt a little less private than we would have liked, we live on a farm, we don’t have neighbors, maybe this is a non issue for you…it wasn’t like a constant stream, just notable. We’ll definitely stay again with our family! The owners are responsive and after talking with other owners around this unit, many upgrades have already happened, I’m sure this property will only appreciate.

Everything was better than expected. Super helpful with the whole process and the house was perfect! We had plenty of space and a great view. We will be back next year but will rent both sides of the house. Thank you for allowing us to share your home!

We had a great time at the house! The beds were comfortable & the house was charming. It is in a really good location with beautiful views from the upstairs bedroom. The beach was really easy to access & everyone was respectful to not set up in front of a house that wasn’t there’s. We loved it & would stay here again.

We rented both sides of this rental. We had the perfect vacation. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Location is great. The beach was never overly crowded. The back porch was great for hanging out at night. I appreciated the rope lights on the back of the house, it made it stand out at night so it was easily found. The area under the porch was really useful. The kids would play in the sand there during the hottest hours of the day and were able to be under shade. We are already looking into returning next year.

The home is not new, but everything is clean, all the gadgets work, and the owners clearly invest themselves in loving maintenance of the home. Although there are more elegant rentals available, they will cost significantly more. So, comparing apples to apples, we felt we obtained more than our money's worth and we'll definitely consider another stay at Legal Ease... We don't think you'll be able to find a better beachfront 3bdr/2ba duplex in this price range.

Everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend getaway was provided in this house! More than enough room for the 4 of us. The views do not get any better than what we had from the back deck and the upstairs master bedroom! Easy access to the beach and great location- within minutes from anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
