Very comfortable apartment with a balcony and two bathrooms. Local market is only few meters from the apartment. Dario is always helpful and kind.

The apartment is large and clean. Supermarket well furnished at just 1 minute by walk. Private parking is available as it is not easy to find a parking place in the street. Dario is very helpful and friendly.

large apartment with a beautiful view. Lanlord very helpful. Very pleasant check in. All devices and necessary equipment. Fresh, laundered towels at the entrance. Clean and cozy. The standard of the apartment was ok. A huge plus for air conditioning in each room. 10/10 for localisation near bus stop and market downstairs.
We didn’t have any problems with anything during our stay.

During our stay we enjoyed this very spacious apartment, which boasts a great view from the balcony. It has its own underground parking, which is comfortable in a country where you need to search for parking space all the time. A groceries shop is located just around the corner. Airconditioning functioned perfectly.
Upon arrival the owner provided clear directions with foto’s and routing. All types of questions were answered during our stay. E.g. he gave us the address of a good car repair shop when some problem with the rental occurred and we were allowed to stay longer hours on our day of departure.
From this location it is fairly easy to visit Valletta and several beaches are within walking distance.

Communication with Dario was pretty smooth! He reacted timely and was very helpful - even prepared for an earlier check-in. The location is really good, 5-10 mins from the nearest beach and there's a small grocery store at the ground floor of the building. We arrived by 2 cars and the public parking was not a problem, found spots within 50-100 meters from the apartment.
The apartment is really spacious and well equipped, clean. I totally recommend it even for 3 families as it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Thank you for the hospitality again! :)

Apartment: spacious, airy, solidly built, no noise from other apartments. AirCon worked very well and was welcome after an afternoon in the sunshine. The apartment is very welcoming and kitted out for everything you might need for your stay. Sitting area has smartTV with access to Netflix , YouTube etc. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony area has a lovely view of the sea and surrounding countryside, a nice place to watch the sun go down and watch the locals.
Hosts: Both Dario and Alexa met us on arrival and gave a very thorough introduction to the apartment. They were also happy to provide information on what to do, where to go on, how to get there for our first few days in Malta. There was a small problem with the balcony door but this was quickly resolved by Dario. They were always very responsive to text messages requesting help and information.
Location:
5 minutes walk to the sea, bars, restaurants. We tried Tal-Familja restaurant, good food, a nice introduction to Malta life on our first night.
10 minutes to the town centre, harbour area with further restaurant and bar choices. Very useful corner shop just downstairs that seemed to have everything.
Also there's a great Pastizzi shop down a nearby sidestreet for savoury snacks.
Things to do:
Although Marsaskala is on the SE end of the island, most of the things you want to do are only a short taxi ride.
Valletta is stunning and beautiful (St John's Cathedral is literally jaw dropping) and there are plenty of places to eat out - about 22€ taxi ride.
Mdina is also well worth a day out, walled city with cathedral and remains of a Roman villa. You have to stop for lunch at the Fontanella Tea Gardens - stunning views from the high end of the island - food choices really good too. About 29€ to get there by taxi.
We also walked from Marsaskala to Marsaxlokk fishing village (about 40 minutes) to take in the Sunday Market - very busy and colourful - also some further great eating opportunities.

Wonderfully equipped and spacious apartment with views not only to the coast but also the countryside. Dario could not have been more helpful and everything was really clean and tidy when we arrived. Great area for walks along the coast to St Peters Pool and good selection of restaurants nearby - supermarket right outside front door. Would definitely recommend as a real home from home
Driving and Parking! Roads are very chaotic but car is useful for covering a lot of ground - have a good satnav or navigator with you. Underground Parking was provided at the apartment but with a big car was a little tight and I was worried about my €1800 excess! That said parking in the street near the apartment was actually fine.

You Very spacious apartment with a garage for your car. Accommodation has everything might need.
The only thing I mention main road it is just near by and if you a soft sleeper the traffic will wake you around 7 am.

The apartment is simply perfect for your staying in Malta. It is very big, with a fully equipped kitchen ( cookers, oven and microwave) air conditioning in each room, two bathrooms, a garage, plus it is easily reachable from the airport (just 20 minutes by car). Dario, the owner, has been very knowledgeable and kind, giving us all the information we needed to make the most of our holiday. The apartment is located in Marsaskala a quaint little village that has a nice harbor full of the colorful, typical boats of the local fishermen. Here you can get a real insight into the laid-back Maltese lifestyle, very different from the hustle and bustle of the capital. I just loved it.

Even if we didn't meet host personally, he contacted me via whatsapp day before our arrive to tell us every important details about keys, apartment etc. He was such a good support during all vacation. Everything was ready to use (towels, beds etc.). Apartment is really big, clean, with two bathrooms, big kitchen, terrace and beautiful view on the sea. You will find everything you need to cook. 20 meters from apartment was a supermarket where was everything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment and host! Really beautiful vacation! :)

conditioner not working , as a outside is really worm inside in apartment was very hot
And apartment is opposite the Street very busy and noisy in evening and event till 3:00 still traffics 🙁 can’t normally sleep
