Everything was excellent about this property. People, facilities, incl some details like a cart to move luggages around.
From our appartement, view was nice but not exceptional due to construction around

The apartment was quite hot and because it’s on the main road it was loud at night when we opened the window so we didn’t sleep well

Great apartment, fully kitted out with everything one needs. Comfortable and spacious, very quiet. Spa is wonderful and a good way to finish the day after skiing. Heated boot lockers a real treat. Staff were all friendly and professional, ski passes available directly from hotel and only a short walk to free ski busses which seemed very frequent. Happy to recommend this hotel particularly for families.
Wifi was extremely poor and stops me awarding full marks. A speed of under 1mbs in today's connected world is just not good enough. Thankfully the free wifi on the slopes was great.

they staff in reception could have been more friendly - when checking out ( @ 10) the receptionist had left the counter - leaving several guests waiting. Seems a little odd that you have to pay for use of billiard ( 2 euro) at a 5 star
resort - no obe used the reception area - which was a pity was nice
