The Scala apartment is located in a nice neighborhood close to key locations. The apartment is big and very clean with very modern interior. The reception desk is super friendly and helpful.

It is very noisy outside because of the tram and cars. The tram runs all night long and the sound was so loud and disturbing that I couldn’t go to sleep. I think the apartment needs sound-proof windows.

We had to wait to collect the keys, but communication with the agency was good.

There were no window shades/blinds so it was very bright until 10 pm and from 5 am forward.

they entered in the property without my consent, because the owner forgot to pick personal things. I explicited said no, they said ok. but when coming back from walk, i realized they entered since things were not in the place i left them. when i called them to ask for explanations, they never apologized. apparently the owner can do whatver she/he wants and the guest cant do anything yo avoid it

late night tram noise, which was no fault of property!

it's extremely central, just a few mins walk to the Dome, the opera house and all the other central Milan attractions. it's also very spacious and bright. the communication with the hosts was awesome and on the last day we could leave our luggage not far from the flat. there is a small elevator too. there's coffee and water. the bathroom is spacious. there's also a smart TV.

I liked everything, but you need to know that there's a tram line downstairs, so if you are a very light sleeper you need to get some ear plugs. also, there is a double bed and a single bed without a door in between in the bedroom, so plan according to your privacy needs. there's also a sofa in the living room.

Modern bright apartment near the theater La Scala. Perfect location. VERY friendly staff! Quick check-in and easy check-out. A well-equipped kitchen.

The pillows were too soft, it was very uncomfortable to sleep on them. It was noisy from the street because of the poor sound insulation of the windows.
