-No dishwashing tablets -No sponges in the kitchen for cleaning -Pots were dirty -Some windows were locked and no key to unlock -Shower temperature was difficult to regulate -Only 1 toilet -No mention of extra fee for pets in product description, until after committing (but listed as pet friendly) -Expensive compared to others in the area that have 2 bathrooms and a pool

Not at all impressed. I have been booking my stay through booking.Com for over 8 yrs but this has been the worst experience. Property was not well kept.. windows were so dirty. The pictures do no justice to the real property. I had to pay for the linen where as there was no mention when I booked the property. The shower head was water saver and horrendous…. Was so happy to come home. Glad it was just 2 nights.

Lot of things… for starters disclosing that linen has to be paid in addition to the cost at the time of booking. It would have been nice if the windows were cleaned and the trees were actually kept out or away rather than just in the front.

The property had all the essential necessities required for a comfortable and relaxed stay. It was located in a beautiful and quiet street. Had a fabulous time and enjoyed utilising the fireplace

The only down fall was the Dyson vacuum not in great working order and unable to find a mop.

Good location. Clean, bright, pleasant decor, good facilities and well maintained.

Only one toilet and it didn’t have a basin.

The house wasn't clean, charged a $80 fee for a dog friendly house which had nothing available for the dog such as water bowl, shelter etc ... Couldn't see out the windows and bed coverings needed washing. Furniture stained. Time for a working bee at this property. Gave extensive feedback with owner and no reply.

Great little house that felt homey! The fireplace kept us warm and the endless amount of DVD’s kept us busy on the cold winters weekend. Backyard was fully enclosed to allow our 5month old Puppy to roam around freely.

One of the beds was well used and kept on sucking us into the middle!

A clean comfortable house in a great location. Pleased to see the kitchen and crockery so clean, with a selection of cooking electrical appliances and condiments available for guests to use. Fantastic. Thank you.

Not much to fault. The house has a lovely kanara fire place with just enough wood to last a few hours. It would have been good if more wood was supplied to last the whole night and perhaps a list of recommended businesses we could buy additional firewood from. Suggestion to include folder for guests with local information - shops, firewood, restaurants, things to do, markets, etc.
