Good location, very helpful staff

Our host was awesome - she was there to meet us outside the accommodation (she waited for us, we were late because we got a bit lost), and she was also available on WhatsApp throughout our stay there, answering questions and suggesting good places to eat etc. We really appreciated having extra beach/swimming towels and beach toys available in the apartment. Also the washing machine, dishwasher, balcony with outside seating and table were all a big plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are three restaurants within a minutes' walk of the accommodation (Pizza y Pasta, Padel Club, Sedona Grill)- we tried all three, and the beach just across the road was great.

We had a hassle with unlocking the door and property gate at times - the keys didn't turn so well and seemed to get jammed. However when we wrote to our host for help she answered immediately.

The landlord is very nice. The flat is bright with lot of equipment. The surrounding is calm. Natural beach is very close. Its great for calming down.

Beds in second small bedroom are short for adult and they are not so comfortable,but for kids is ok. The hot water in shower,we fight a bit with it

Communication was great, place was very clean and comfortable. Nice location.

The swimming pool wasn't open yet. Apparently they don't open until 15th of June we were told, which is very strange for tourist accommodation in this hot climate.

The apartment was clean; the kitchen was well-equipped; and it had great WiFi. Parking was easy, and the host was very nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Isabela met us on short notice and gave us a great walk thru of the appartment. Clean, great location next to beach, restaurants, very quiet in Feburary. Would definitely stay again when in Rota.
