Love the place, near the city and just above a supermarket that it's really convenient.

We had a great time here. The apartament was in a great area, near to airport, city centre and a market just down stairs.. Also it was big, clean, nice, confortable, etc... We want to let you know, that the apartament it is managed by Safarctica, an amazing agency with great people. ( I think everyone that going to visit Lapland should try at list one experience with Safarctica) Heidi and Raul ar the best!

Spacious apartment in new building with elevator. Kitchen well equipped. Has a clothes washer and dryer as well as its own sauna. 5-minute walk to downtown and 15-minute walk to Arktikum. Convenience store downstairs is very... convenient.

Internet was slow and intermittent - many times the network signal disappeared completely. Beds and pillows too soft to our taste. Keys need to be picked up at management office, which adds an additional €10 to your taxi fare when arriving by train. Bathroom walls not too clean (mildew). Bedrooms very small in relation to overall size of apartment.

Nice appartement, good size and it was well equipped. Loved the car-parking in the garage. Very quit street and just a 5 min walk to the city centre.

It smelled like someone had been smoking in the appartement and the smell was significant during the hole stay. The appartment needed better cleaning - specially the sofa was full of chips and the door to the balcony was dirty. It was very hot in Rovaniemi during our stay, so it would be very nice if there was a fan in the appartement.

Clean and spacious apartment even for a bigger family. Instructions for late arrival and key pick-up made easy. You've got everything you could possibly need for your stay in rovaniemi, including sauna. Shop downstairs is fantastic bonus.

Centrally located and spotlessly clean. the stuff were so much helpful and wonderful. The apartment is fully equipped, every thing is great t. The place is like 5 stars hotels., The building is very clean , , new and modern, all the services like restaurants and shopping centers is near and around. highly recommended +++++

Fully equiped kitchen was definitely handy. Very good location, shop downstairs have everything you could possibly need.
