the large rooms, pool, jacuzzi, big 4K Netflix tv, flexible check out.
only thing could be better is : I’ve written them before check in on the app if I can have the quietest room possible but they didn’t answer, and in reality we had received a room facing the street that is pretty noisy also during the night.

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. wonderful staff, gorgeous impeccably clean apartment, beautiful decorations, hot water, good breakfast, excellent location…what more can I say?
I was close to the pool and I was noisy during the day as I could hear many people talking. also the cleaning staff were quite loud at 6am talking as well. no noise at night… super quiet!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Very flexible, friendly, helpful - nothing was too much trouble. This was a return trip after 25 years - and it was as just as I remembered it. Location was also perfect for everything in Zona 10.
The original room we were assigned was very small and noisy (but management were very quick to move us to a much better alternative).

The location is perfect it was close to all major places, we felt very safe and the staff went out of there way to be helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

This hotel was amazing and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. It's great for group travel with a full kitchen, living space and dining area. There was even a private patio. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. This is near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff were also very helpful. There is a guard outside the hotel which made it feel really safe.
The breakfast buffet was tasty but mediocre compared to other accommodations in the area. Outside of this, I have no complaints.
