Loved staying here. Perfect location for us. It was spotless with everything we would need.

We absolutely LOVE this neighborhood! This is our family’s second time staying and it’s always quiet and peaceful. You certainly don’t feel like you’re just off the parkway, but we love the convenience. This home is, to us, perfect for a family (4-5 people). Comfy and cozy. Plenty of room and tidy! We also love that there is a garage. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here several times and enjoy every time. Love the safe environment and the closed garage.
We had trouble with thermostat in the property this time. I think it needed a new battery. It wasn't really cold or hot, so we didn't really need A/C. If we had needed it, would have had to call manager.
Also the coffee pot had issues.
Overall, it is a great place to stay. Very comfortable and safe.

The location was great but the bed to us was hard everything else was good and the cleaning lady came right away when we had trouble with the tv and her and maintance man changed it out and it worked great was just a little smaller. But over all it was agreat stay thanks for sharing the home

We were so impressed with our stay! Everything was clean and organized nicely. The home included everything we needed and had so many extras. We were very comfortable during our stay. This home is also the ideal location. It is close to all of the activity but nestled nicely in a quiet area- perfect for our family.

This property is very clean and well put together! We loved the location, so close to Pigeon Forge Parkway, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Checking in and out was a breeze! The beds are hard but we would absolutely book here again!

I stayed here with my mother - she hasn’t traveled in a long time. She loved the home & everything on one floor. I love his too! One of, if not the, cleanest rentals I have rented. The owner was gracious & available to help with a minor issue on my part.

The place was so clean. When we entered it smelled like summertime. So nice!! Everything we could have needed for our girl's weekend. We enjoyed having the garage, it made us feel safe. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to the parkway. We are animal lovers and loved that a note was posted on the front door alerting us of the nesting dove in the wreath. We made sure she was not bother while we were there. We will DEFINATELY stay here again.

This has to be one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO houses we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect without having to pay a premium for an actual cabin in the woods. It’s minutes from all of the local attractions. Having the garage was really nice, especially when it poured rain the morning we left and we were able to load the car without getting soaked. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was beautiful and had any amenity you could want. It was within easy access of the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, but was removed enough to be quiet and private. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway in the mountains!

Great location for the home. Center to everything in Pigeon Forge and just off the parkway. Very clean and perfect for my family. My dad has limited mobility and the floorplan was excellent for him.

Only negative thing we have encountered is the TV in the den area. Must be old instructions. Doesn't work.

We enjoy staying here on our annual visit to the Pigeon Forge area. The location is great; it is close to the Parkway yet very quiet. Due to food allergies we eat most of our meals in so it’s great having the kitchen and dining table. Having the use of the garage is a big bonus.

Didnt have the necessities that we expected or some things didnt work, such as jet tub didnt work, night light didnt work, curling iron didnt work, no drying towel for dishes, didnt like using the same sponge to do dishes as others had used., not enough toilet tissue. Only had a couple towels and wash cloths in each bathroom for 4 people spending 2 nights there.

LOVED this rental and everything about it. Having a garage is VERY helpful for loading vehicle. Beds comfy, furnishings very nice and comfortable! Thrilled with the stay and want to come back and stay again in future! Great location, quiet yet near parkway and conveniently near the Sunliner Diner!

This house is a great house location to all attractions. It was nice and quite and perfect for a weekend stay. We did have one issue with internet password I would just ask the property manager about that before your stay if you need internet. We will definitely return. Thank you.
