really clean spacious and in a fantastic location. the owner was amazing, always on hand to answer questions on WhatsApp, arranged our transport to and from airport.
the quilts were tiny! big bed and little quilt not any good for two sharing!

Very big and nice and clean apartment located in the centre of the Sophya,it was fast and easy to get to all sightseeings, very hospitable and nice hostess, strongly recommended for staying and visiting Sophya.

Lovely place, had everything needed. Heating was warm. The hosts very helpful thanku. Very central. Would recommend this place and we would definitely look it up again if we return to sofia.

In our travels we opt for staying in an apartment vs a hotel room 99% of the time and this was one of the best apartments we have stayed in.
Spacious, bright, newly renovated and sparkly clean.
The location is great as you can walk everywhere by foot (just make sure to get parking vouchers in advance if you come by car as parking everywhere in the city centre is paid except for at night and on Sundays).
The central street with shops and cafeterias is just a 5 min walk away.
There is also supermarket is across the park (2 min).
Last but not least even though the building is very close to the tram rails, the noise isolation in the apartment is excellent so you won’t hear a thing if you close the window.
Overall we’d recommend this place for both short and longer visits to Sofia anytime.

It is located very near the city center. We were travelling by our car. So Landlords helped us for parking area. It was so important for us.Again Thank you for your helps.

Perfect location, close to the very city center of Sofia, just 1 minute to Banya Bashi Mosque. Big and nice apartament, comfortable and very well equiped. Modern, with all the amenities.

Best location in Sofia, walking distance to all attractions and also Serdika metro station, which is super convenient. There is a Lidl nearby for groceries. The place is comfortable and warm, the kitchen is well equipped for simple meals. The host was very responsive and helpful.
Nothing negative to say, only the sofa bed was used by two children, not sure if it's comfortable enough for two adults.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. They waited for us with fresh cherries from their own garden and gave us great tips for restaurants nearby. The location is right in the centre of Sofia. You couldn't ask for more. The apartment is very large and spotless. Very, very clean. Loved everything about our stay at this place. Thank you, Annie!

Big and specious apartment, two bathrooms with separate toilets and showers, very good location, 5 min walk to city center and many other landmarks. Main underground station right next to the apartment. Very very clean and cozy. Every little thing was thought of to the last detail. The owner, Annie, has the highest costumer concern in mind, she was helping and guiding us all the way and available whenever we needed, even at 1 am...
You won't regret if you take this apartment.
The building entrance and stairs are a little old, but I guess most apartments in Sofia will be like this.

location was great. All rooms, kitchen, bath and toillets are very very clean. The owners are also so kind and hospitality was great. If I visit sofia again, I will absolutely stay same apartment. for me they deserve 6 or more stars....

Location is brilliant. Central, a short walk to all the sites, shops, restaurants and a small 24 hour shop outside the building entrance. The view from the main bedroom is stunning. Wake up in the morning looking at snow capped Vitosha mountain and the mosque and rotunda.
Interior decoration and finishes to the highest standard, even a wet room shower, lovely toiletries in the bathroom and even some of the local spirit in the freezer to try. The beds were comfortable, linen in good supply. Kiril was absolutely charming and very knowledgeable. Lots of guide books in the apartment. We will be back soon!
The street outside the main bedroom is obviously quite noisy, but with the windows closed it didn't bother me at all. And it's to be expected with such a really central location.
