Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Exceptional staff service and support - we encountered an issue with our transport to Cusco and the team went out of their way to assist. Very grateful!
Simple accomodation but everything you need for a stopover.

Great shower, free tea and coffee, good location
The breakfast buffet was bad. All the food looked old.

My boyfriend was sick during the night and we went to the reception to ask for water and the number of a doctor. But no one was at the reception and the front door of the hostel was closed: we could go out. No number to call in case of emergency. We felt stuck inside. I finally found a number to call on internet, a person came but was of no help at all. He finally agreed to leave me the keys in case we had to go to the emergency. Which we did at the end. When I came back and explained what happened, they just didn’t care.
The room was creepy, cold and the bathroom was really not clean.
I don’t recommend this hostel at all!

The location is nice, close to the main bars and restaurants. Also the staff is very attentive.
The bedroom is really cold at night. The shower is not hot and gives little water flow. The toilet was not functioning properly as well.

I would rate 10 stars if possible. The place is a great position, close to the main square and streets. Rooms and toilets are large, clean, and equipped with everything you may need. There is hot water and you can find extra blankets for cold nights. Breakfast is great. The owner and the stuff are super nice and extremely helpful, they kept my luggage while I was on the Island tour and helped me for many logistics stuff, I would have been lost without them!

Wonderful place, super comfy and clean, central as well! Big plus, they have early breakfast for those who are going early to Machupicchu!
The internet was very weak, but I don't think it's the hostels fault but the whole area

- Breakfast, great fresh fruit
- Luggage room - after check out they let us leave the luggage there
- Central location
- freezing cold and damp room
- no heaters available - was more than willing to pay extra for them, but they didn't have enough
- water was not hot, you could barely call it warm
- looked overall dirty
- shower curtain too short, so after showering there was a flood
- tiles of the shower missing, broken - didn't look safe
- towels with stains
- most of the sockets in the room weren't working
- the room was bright at night

The location and breakfast were the only good things
During our stay, some other guests had valuables - including 2 laptops and a drone - stolen from their room. Despite management claiming it was nothing to do with them, the situation was extremely suspicious and the owners stories changed repeatedly throughout the experience.
The guests left the hotel for 1 hour only, and as they left the staff specifically asked them which room they were in and in how long they would return. When they got back, their room had been opened, their travel safe destroyed and their valuables stolen. It was pretty clear no one had broken into the room and that a key was used - something the police confirmed when they arrived - but the owners claimed there was no second key. This makes no sense, seeing as the rooms are cleaned while guests are out and you are not required to leave the key at reception. They later admitted they do have a second key. Their story was constantly changing and made no sense - including a stranger with a bag who checked in for less than one hour and then left. When the police asked for more information on this 'guest' they claimed they didnt take any info at all when he checked in, despite them taking copies of the passports of every other guest we talked to? The police also confirmed this is not the first incident at this hotel, despite the owners claiming nothing like this had ever happened.
There are no working cameras despite this having happened before. We felt very unsafe during the rest of our stay and were very relieved to check out.
Now we can see that the guests who had their things stolen have left an honest review about the situation and the owners have replied claiming the guests never even stayed at the hotel!
I could not recommend staying at an accomodstion where the owners are clearly so dishonest and lack any sort of compassion. Don't take the risk.

Good location, very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. We could leave our backpacks for the time we went to Lake Titicaca tour.

The location was the only good thing.
We had our two laptops and our drone and money stolen from our locked room. Somebody used a second key to get access to our room and forcefully break open our locked travel pacsafe. This happened while we were out for dinner for approx 1.5h. The hotel manager asked us while we left for dinner what room number we had. He was the only one who knew we were gone. There were no break in marks at the door and we have strong reason to believe a second key was used to gain access to our room. Upon asking about a second key the Hotel manager claimed to not have one… weird because somebody had a second key to clean our room during the day while we were on a tour and had the primary key with us 🤔. All in all the worst booking experience we have ever had. VERY SAD. HUGE BETRAYAL OF TRUST! PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE

The cheapest private room I ever had. Good value for money. The room is basic, but for that price I don't complain.
In the evening the front door were closed and we had to wait a while for someone to open.

Nice location, with the breakfast room on the top floor with a small view.
Good for its price and the helpful staff
Located in a pedestrian neighborhood so it can be less convenient arriving by cab. No elevators and not a lot of light

I arrived a lot earlier than check in time because I had a tour starting from Puno so I wanted to drop my bags off and the hotel gave me the room without any additional cost which I really appreciated as it was 4 am and for a solo female traveller like me, this made a big difference.
The room was also a lot bigger than I expected and I had my own twin room with a private bathroom- fantastic
