Der französische Balkon, - an dem man tatsächlich rauchen darf. Die recht ruhige Gegend (wobei die alten Häuschenhalt recht hellhörig sind), der schöne Ausblick vom Wohn-/Esszimmer zur Lijbaansgracht, - idyllisch. Der sehr relaxte und sympathische Hausherr.
Das Bett war gemütlich, die Ausstattung ließ fast keine Wünsche offen. Champions League kann man einfach im normalen niederländischen TV-Programm sehen.
Oh, dat Bad ist recht schön, wenn leider auch nicht perfekt, - was ist in Amsterdam schon perfekt, wenn man nicht im Amrâth oder ähnlicher Preisklasse absteigt.
Der Backofen, eigentlich die ganze Küchenzeile (mit Ausnahme des Liebherrkühlschranks) müsste dringend mal erneuert werden. Der Ofen funktioniert zwar, aber es ist n bisschen wie Blindflug, das Ding zu bedienen, da man keinerlei Symbole sehen kann, Knöpfe sind einfach mit silber Klebeband umwickelt, - warum auch immer.
Und ne Leselampe im Schlafzimmer hab ich vermisst. Ich bin doch nicht der einzige, der gern zum Einschlafen liest, oder? (Auf dem Bild oben, steht die lesetaugliche Lampe, die aktuell bei der Schlafcouch steht, am Bett)
Die Toilettenspülung ist leider auch bisschen speziell/tricky, um nicht zu sagen, funktioniert nicht astrein.

La parete vetrata sul canale, il riscaldamento perfetto e la comodità dell'appartamento. La posizione perfetta, centrale senza esagerare. Sicuramente consigliato.

The property location is fabulous, close enough to walk to everything but still lovely and quiet area
There’s not much to dislike at all, the outside door could do with being fixed though as it’s really tricky to unlock

Location is absolutely fabulous. In a quiet area but close walking distance to everything you need. The property was clean and tidy, simple and functional. The balcony is fabulous for watching the world go by.

Best views- watch local life on the canal out of one side & the cyclists, trams etc on the street out the other! comfy bed,clean,coffee machine, washing machine.Lovely area of Amsterdam.Would stay here again!

look out for red “phone lab” sign nearby.
2. key can be tricky. main door just jiggle a bit, Room door -pull towards you & turn key clockwise twice to enter. to exit turn key twice anti clockwise & push door as you do it.😀

The location is OK, quiet area, about 18 min walk to city centre.
Mattress and pillows were too soft, not good if you have pain in your back.

The space you get for the money was excellent. Clean warm and they even had a diffuser as a curly haired girl that was great.

Love the canal view, short walking distance (3-5mins) to 2 different tram stops. Apartment is spacious, kitchen is also well-equipped. Owner and housekeeper are great and friendly!
Address in Booking.com points us to a different place, we had to walk quite a distance with our luggages.

Right on Jordaan Canal, the apartment is nicely decorated, very comfortable and light as well as well stocked and in close proximity to amenities, museums and historic sights. Carlos our host was truly fantastic!
it was not a big deal, but the cupboards in the kitchen need a bit of attention.

Very spacious, lovely view from the Juliet balcony of the canal. A large living area, full kitchen and a washing machine. Carlos the host is very helpful and welcoming! There is even a lift to the apartment. Located about a 20minute walk from museums, red light district, main shopping streets and the town centre.
The bedroom faces the road and tram which can get noisy but that’s to be expected in the centre.
