1. Host was always available to help and answer questions and it was extremely easy to access the apartment through her help. 2. Location was great - we walked almost everywhere and to nearby metro stations to get around 3. Modern refurbishment to an old apartment - done very well 4. Easy access with keypad at front of building and apartment.

1. NOISE! Owner did a great job refurbishing an old apartment, but there were things that are beyond him - LOUD footsteps, toilets flushing, water running from the apartment upstairs and store owners closing and setting up in the middle of the night. We couldn’t sleep well. 2. The PILLOWS WERE SMELLY. The pillow cases were fine but the odor of stale, oily scalp smell emitted from the pillows, so it felt like we were sleeping on used pillows. It’s probably time for the owners to change the pillows. 3. On and off Hot water - turns cold suddenly whilst showering 4. Clogging in the master shower area

The property had a Parisian ambience and was tastefully furnished. It was homey and comfortable. The space was just right for a group of 3-4 persons. Location-wise, it was at the heart of the city center where many restaurants and bars and cafes, as well as specialty shops, abound. Lisa, our property manager, was efficient and communicated very well. She even went out of her way to return a smart watch which was left behind by one of my traveling companions. The place was thoroughly clean and the kitchen and dining areas were well-organized. While the rooms were relatively small, they were very comfortable and clean as well. Highly recommended!

There was not enough space for our big luggages, but we managed to store them well and avoided any obstacles while we moved around the place.

This apartment is perfect and located was close to everything. Everything you needed was in the apartment and it was very comfortable. We will return because it was one of the best places we have ever stayed!

The bath towels smelt of wet dog. Towels could do with being laundered to a better standard or replaced with some new ones . Poor bathroom lighting in the en suite bedroom which has also been mentioned in previous reviews. Back in 2019 a guest’s review suggested that mirrors are needed in both bedrooms. The owner of the property said they’d give it some consideration. 3 years later they still haven’t considered it. Full length bedroom mirrors are definitely needed. Don’t expect a leisurely check out at 11 am. The cleaning staff arrived 30 mins before checkout and stood talking outside the apartment door. Weird how keen they were to get started on the cleaning seeing as though it took them the best part of 4 hours to clean the apartment when we arrived on our first day at 11 am to drop our bags off due to our early morning flight time. I asked if I could use the bathroom as we dropped our bags off but the property manager didn’t seem accommodating at all and advised me not to use any of the bathrooms because they hadn’t been cleaned yet - she clearly didn’t want us there until 3pm despite previous messages to say they would accommodate us on arrival and have the apartment ready for us as soon as possible. There was an issue regarding the city tax payment. If the cost was 24 euros for 4 people for 3 nights then that is the figure the property manager should have written on the note she left in the apartment. Nowhere on the note did it say 24 euros.

Very nice located, a very new house. And good for families or couples. Very clean.

There were too much noise on the upper level. But expect this, everything is very nice and good.

Beautiful design and very well provisioned for short term stay. Lovely hosts and great communications. The location is superb for a walking and public transit approach to beautiful Lisbon!

The only thing that is a slight disappointment is that the beds are very hard. I believe this is an easy fix with a memory foam underpad or similar solution.

Very good furnished appartment. Modern, clean, absolutely everything you need. Some very interesting design elements (the glass walled shower, the wooden frame room seperators). Added plus, two bathrooms. The location is first class, in the absolute (tourist) center of Lisbon. Note, that the street itself is a pedestrian zone so taxi driver will drop you 100m away and you have to schlepp your lugguage for the rest of the way bypassing the resaurant touts. But there is an elevator to the 3rd floor, so relief here. While the street is full of restaurant it is not too noisy (but it is not country side as well...) and everything is really nearby even a pretty good sorted supermarket across the Praca da Figueira (Mercado da Figueira)

This is a very well situated place. It had everything we needed.. air con, coffee machine and two bathrooms. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with.. she could not have been more responsive and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere in Lisbon.. look no further😎👍

Sweet apartment in a central location. Great for families with kids. 2 showers are a real bonus and so as the elavator.

No locks to the toilets and glass door with curtain for one toilete.

The location was absolutely fantastic and easy to find on our own. Although it is located on a pedestrian street with a ton of restaurants right below, the windows (when closed) blocked out all the noises and we slept well during our stay (on New Year’s Eve, mind you). It was great to be so close to transportation (buses, tram, train station, and metro) and a variety of food choices. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath combination was a great fit for our group. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials (including spices for cooking) and was very clean overall. Beds were comfortable and the heating/cooling units worked well. There is a small lift for those with mobility issues. The hosts were great in accommodating our needs to ensure that we had a good stay. The apartment reflects the owner’s care and hard work.

Nothing - this is our 3rd time in Lisbon and the best place that we’ve stayed at thus far. Will definitely try to book it again next time.

Great location, very comfortable and fun apartment, well appointed and excellent communications. Allowed me to drop off my bag early and then check in a bit early. Very nice staff. Honestly could not have been better.

Loved everything

Location was excellent. Absolutely perfect for tourist. Apartment is in the center square surrounded by shops for shopping, restaurants, cafes. Metro station is only a 5 mins walk. Also trams and bus 5 mins walk away. Apartment had all necessary amenities. Access to the apartment was communicated well in advance and check in was absolute smooth. Building had an elevator and air conditioners in all rooms.

Suggestion to have a mirror in the bedrooms. Only mirror was available in the bathroom. Which had quite dull lighting.
